Full Damaged ironing board (Rs 1199) from More Mega store.I have called customer care of the store([protected]) after unpacking, but they said they cant change and customer has to bare the damage as it was purchased under discount.I need quality product for my money.Kindly help me to get some resolution on this.

The indore office of more is helpless and not responding the same wauy you are also ignorant. How i can trust you and your services.
I had purchased a tv set on 10th april 2016 evening 7-8 pm. At the same time another bill of rs 156 is displayed on the website of more megastore but the amount rs 23999/- is not seen.
I need the bill of the amount paid.
Now i have to file a case against you in consumer helpline and consumer forum.
Astonoshed and shocked on such type of ignorance by a company known since 100 years..

We are regular customer in more near gopalan signature mall bangalore.. Today we purchased a big list of items and we are unaware that one item missed by the lady who was doing the bill or we left and that left in the trolly not inside the bags.. Security guy askd is that billed already we said it is missed as it is not in bags but the csmngr harrased us badly theyhv checked in video but did not get anything and embarrased us like anything. We were very much disappointed how they are misbehaving for the item which we are unaware even not inside the bags.. They are telling us they will go in other process.. What does that mean? If somebody i tentionally will do that then they will hide items in bags not left in trolly.. I said please check all the items we dont have any problem but they didnot do so and bothering us in such a way that we are thief.. I insisted to take my mobile number and keep eye on us for every weeks purchase but still csmngr is saying you are saying this thats why he intentionally stopped us there...in few mints i thought i will call police.. This happned more megastore near gopalan signature mall.. Earnestly request you to tk the action otherwise we will explain all this in other consumet forum

The customers are not allowed inside the store even if it is before 9p. M.. Today i went to the store at 8.50 p. M as i know that it'll be open till 9 p. M. But the security refused to let me in saying that it's time.
Please change the timings or please let the customers in. Please don't waste the customer's time as we will have come all the way to the store in need of something having the trust on the store.

I bought cauliflower from more store at sainik colony sector 49 near allahabad bank faridabad. The whole cauliflower n its stem were of purle color. It seems as if some kind of chemical is used to either clean the vegetable or to keep it fresh. Any ways i wished to find out the problem with cauliflower with the help of food & supply deptt (Fci). But before that i find it appropriate to inform you about this injustice with the health of people who blindly buy the fruits n veg s from your reputed departmental store. I hope you will try to find out the problem.. Otherwise i will have to trace it.

I, vinod kumar mishra, ([protected]) had purchased a tv set intex splash 102 cm on 10 april 2016 for rs 23999/- and at same visit i purchased some item costing rs. 156/-. (The detail of rs. 156 is shown in your record but rs 23999 is not on the screen.)
Since i had put the complaint against intex tv at consumer helpline i need to present a bill of purchase with product details.
I had given a request to more megastore, indore. On 12th dec '17 to provide the copy of bill and submitted a printout of my credit card statement where both the above mentioned payments to more megastore are printed. I received and assurance of the executives for the bill after five days. I approached on 19th but and received reassurance of bill after two days. Then on 21st dec 2017 i reached more, indore to receive the bill but again the same response.
Now please convey me that how long will you take to provide me the said biill of rs 23999/ intex tv splash.

Dear sir /madam there is a problem in more store at chowkahndi near tilak nager new delhi from last 3/4 days about patym paymnt wallet not working?? When i talk the said person says we dont know when this isuue will solve?? Why this happening?? Please tell,, i & all others customers when payment for there products the salesperson says patym not working?? You sould have to discribe a written on a wall of stoe so every persons now this issue befire they buy there products,, because some persons dont have money in there pockets at purchasing of products,, & i also use patym regularly, so please take care on my this issue thanks my bame is sukhvinder & i have been a customer of more from the 1 st day of oppening, thnks

I purchase sugar, the cover is full damage, i asked ur company worker name raj kumar the cover is damage, that person answer very rude answer, and shout loudly, i'm very disappointed, he is man handling me in front of customers sales manager... Plz dont encourage this type of workers, useless fellows plz change or dismissed i never brought any product in more... Ur market adrea's new balaji colony kukatpalli, hyd time 8.45... I have buy everyday ghee two liters from morestore but extra charges added in my bill details 475rs so beware of more store take an extra charged thay did cheating with me on my bill. Infect i daily shopping from more store atlest five to six thousand every month. Friends, thay will do cheating in your bills so make sure when ever you buy something from more store,

1. Sir in your stores the products racks are not labelled.
2. On many occassions poduct names are not generally known better to use local langauage words instead using dictionary words.
3. The tags put below each time fonts are too small.
4. Many times it is found the price tags are not updated.
5. Frequently changing locations of products.
6. No proper visuals are used in stores to depict the section.
7. Veg stuffs which are outdated found kept in rack.
8. The prices of products are not in par with market they are exorbitantly charged please ask ur pricing people to compare rates of products in market and put reasonable price.
9. People have to search products for hours together.
10. You should authorise local more staff to do customers friendly alterations
11. Please make one pricelist book and depict the bin no etc in it to trace your products easily.
12. When people ask to improve your service system ur system doesnt allow.
13. Over all we request you to make your store more convinience for customers.
14. Many time your stores air conditioners are kept off.
15, price tags discounted prices are confusing.
16. You say buy two and you will get one free but prices will be 1 or 2 rs more.
17. Compelling customers to buy 2 unfair customer practice.
18. Many customers do not ask they try to live with all inconvinience you have made
19. Please dont give deceptive adds
20. These all complaints are brought to your notice after telling several times to your stores staff in our location ie dharwad.
We hope aditya birla a world class organisation will take pains to head to customer complaints.

I was asked while entering if i had anything important in my bag.. I said yes and the security guard let me in. I was waiting for my mom to come to the store and once she came we just bought a conditioner and left the store. They suddenly called us back in and took us into a room and checked my handbag. I had an apple in my bag. They started questioning me why i had not left the bag outside when i was carrying an apple in the bag and started fighting with me.

The person at cash counter of bakery of mega store, kemfort mall, bangalore was rude and telling go ahead and complain to management. He said nobody can't do anything. It was about using the debit card and said minimum amount to be 100. I asked him please show me the notification then he said he doesn't have one but still will not process it. Said get out of the way. It happened on 7:15 on 12th november, 2017. Please take action so that your employees don't behave badly.

I myself saikowshik speaking to you. I'm living in hyderabad madhuranagar there is more store near me. I have taken more 5kg packet in your store. Back side of the pack they told that this packet has gift which is of tub or container. When im billing the product before that i asked about the gift that was stated on the pack but they are saying that we did not get the gift. The staff also not coperative with the customers. I have been fooled by more mega store, rajouri garden, that my gift is coming next week (Past four weeks), my scheme mobile no is [protected]. My personal mobile no is [protected]. Whenever i insist them i want give a written complaint they say i will get gift on sunday. But sunday never comes. It's now too much waiting. (Avnish madan) please do needful.

We have ordered for a king size cot, king size mattresses and queen size mattresses on 7th of oct.. They were supposed to deliver it on 15th of oct.. On 15th no one has called frm the shop neither attended my call... Since yesterday tat is 19th i called up anand to know the status (Sarjapur road) and he asked me to call after 30 mnts.. Likewise he asked me call 4 times to know the status. Then i called up jagannath he said if i want the products tmrw i have to speak to his line mananger and get his approval.. Wen i called tat guy sp called line manager while speaking he disconnected the call.. I again called up jagannath he promised me tat he will deliver king size cot and queen size mattresses (Now again they said king size mattresses not in stock which was not told earlier) on 20th oct.. Again today (Ie 20th) i called to reconfirm if the delivery is gng to happen he said ya you can be at your house at 2 (I am staying at a hotel in bellandur, i have travelled all the way frm there) and arnd 3 they called me yp and said that the store is closed and cannot deliver.. I blasted them.. I am really feeling for the mistake for ordering at more mega store.. I have made nearly 20 calls speaking to 4 persons (Litterally like begging for my products).. Just feeling irritated of the worst services... Please dont give false promises.. Why have your people never told tat the store is closed today and why they have asked me to come and wait in the new house for the delivery..

Sir/ma’am today i have visited your sotre i am a regular customer and i usly buy the all my products and other like ice cream and all today when i take a ice cream and get the bill done then i ask your executive to wrap it with ice bcz i have to travel a distance of 3 km he replyed our machines are not working and then i said plz write it over the ice cream counter so that person don’t waste there money over ice cream and then he replied roudly and said “aap apne paise return lelo “ he took the ice cream from my have and take it for refund they provide me card of value of my ice cream brick i asked it into my mode which i have paid he put that card in his pocket and gave me the money from hos pocket. And he also said “ chilla kyo rehe hooo paise lakar de raha to hooo ab kya ceo ko bulo paise dene aur machine sai karne “. This my worst experience that i have ever visited before and a very poor guest experience. I need some favarable reponse

I went to buy a shoes in more store located in ghodbundur road Thane west on 1st Oct 2017.

I purchased shoe having 60℅ offer. While billing, that offer was not applied so I stopped billing.

A girl attending my purchase called that respected person. Mr.sekar attended for this issue, he tried mANY TIMEs. After 30 mins he came with poor reason.
Something called WhatsApp not opened, I didn't saw the update from manager.

And he told that you come by Tuesday (3rd October) I will keep this shoes aside for you. And given his phone number.

I called Mr.sekar today morning and asked for status. He told, I will go to shift 2pm, you can come and collect shoes in the evening.

I went store, he took leave. Nobody giving me the proper response.

Went to customer service desk, there attender called manager.

Manager also responds very poor.
He is not aware about products also.

He searched inside and made me wait 30/mins. He cant find shoes. And asking to take another shoes.

Already I selected my shoes by spending 1 hr + Travel on Sunday. I agreed to come tuesday (3rd oct)and I went again spent 1.5 hr + travel. How that person can ask for choose another shoes?

WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE OF YOUR ### BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I need that same shoes with in a week.

I'm using more from 2010. Now onwards I won't use more any more. This kind of services are shameful for aditya brila groups.

They overcharge me for a product which has mrp of 175 inclusive of all taxes. They promise me to give me a discount of 15 percent if i would take 5 units of that product.. The put mrp of rupees 200 on bill and give me a discount of 15 perent on that.. And when i went to store they misbehave with me. Waste my 4 hours. And still they not did any thing. They harrsed me. Theytrying to threat me i have all the proofs.. And when i asked manager to give me in written that they did this mistake they denied that.

I am a regular customer of more superstore at seethammadhara visakhapatnam. Had a bad experience that changed my whole perception about the store. I had to exchange an oil pouch and informed the in charge and handed over the same at entry. He asked me to get what i wished to buy in exchange. I picked up almost 5 times the value and gave it for billing. I gave the bill i wanted to be adjusted and then the person at counter started complaining that i should inform him and there is a long procedure to process and it will take a long time? I said i was willing to wait and he continued to protest. After a bit of argument the person who was at the entrance supposed in charge came and then only the situation got resolved. Very rude customer service.
