I'm regular customer of more supermarket. As a normal purchase we had been to more supermarket Manjadi on[protected] and please find attached bill.As always we look for offers find a display on top of plum cake 330g Rs 99/- ( buy 1 get 1 free) and we also purchased few items and paid the bill thinking that there are 2 plum cake 330g for Rs 99/- as per the display .After reaching home we realised royal cake 330g they have charged for two ie, 140 each . Today I have visited the shop again & enquired about the same & none of the staff agreed & says that there was no such display for plum cake .
In view of above kindly requested to make an investigation about the same.Since I felt been cheated & also with the statement of the staff available today that I became a lier. Hope trust is more important that too with your valued customer.Its not the matter of 100Rs but it's a matter of trust & understanding with the customer

I went to more in the evening to purchase some fruits and vegetables. i purchased knol khol and sapota display rates were 19.9 rs/kg and 49.9 rs/kg respectively. On the bill knol khol rate was 70rs/ kg and Sapota rate 59.9/kg. Your staff display one rate on a product and one rate on bill. This Clearly shows intention behind keeping wrong display. This is not first time i observed more than 50 times. This Means cheating become habit in more

On 11/11/2020, more Store nelamangala. (Bangalore). During payment time money deducted. Order not generated . Again I paid through paytm wallet.. nearly 9 days over money refund not done.

I have purchased Rs.1107/- product and asked for Amazon pay offer. First they denied by saying that Amazon pay offer is available in our store. When I have shown them the advertisement in their stor, then they tried but the system is not accepting. When I told for complaint they tried to update the software. Today is the last day but till date they have not update their software. They tried for 45 minutes but failed. I have lost nearly 1 hour but no result only frustration.

I had visited more supermarket today morning at Deralakkata, Manglore. I was really disappointed with the behaviour of staffs I felt like am in local gully market, the staffs were literally shoting and speaking with each other.The don't even care about customer who is inside the Store, I had asked a male staff realated to a product availability he dint answered me properly. I would recommend More should teach the manners and maintain professional behaviour in a store.

No one is wearing a mask in more store in Vijayapura- Jal Nagar Area and on top of it they allow people with no mask in your store.

Store manager refused to return the item due to negative credit score moreover they don't know how to deal with the customer previous team members were excellent.but new team members are veryrude

I have purchased 10k products with multiple billing, while doing billing system went down suddenly but the amount was deducted from my account, they said that the amount will be credited to my account within 2 days, I have been following with them since 2 months but still not able to resolve, I don't know what the hell these guys are doing.the overall staff is ###.

I had purchase in Karachi biscuits in machilipatnam more all biscuits are broken broken tasteless service is very bad my phone number[protected] call can I explain.

A store employee got my number as he was supposed to do home delivery
Now he is calling and texting me unnecessarily
He called me 7 times while i was on amother call

I am SantoshKumar, I purchased four red delicious apple from the morestore on 21 Oct from Gadag city, Karnataka. The fruits looks good quality from outside but as soon as came home and eat, 2 apples were ROTTEN among 4 which total costed me 186 rupees means 46 rupee for one fruit. Felt very bad for myself for trusting the more...very saddening thing is I purchased them from my first salary...for exchanging they have written in bill fruits and vegetables will not be exchanged... :(

I have visited more store today around 7pm..i was doing transaction but transactions was getting due to some system error... There was 1 manager available who was blaming and shouting on me your phone and link is not working what can we do... Then I have done payment and more store system was not taking payment confirmation.. Then manager again come n shouting on me and he was using such a cheap Laungaue like yaha kyu aa jate ho chillao mat and he was Countiniously arguing with me and he said I am not here for your job and help.. I just want to ask with more store that this kind of behavior given by in more store training session or what is reason behind this kind of mental harassment..

I have visited third time in more store and always got same harassment by same person in vikaspuri.
I want answer and justification for this behavior and harassment and also want proper action on this incident.

Mansoorabad more supermarket without sanitize and without body temperature is not checked allowed to customersinstore, I am asking to store keeper please check temperature and sanitize he given reply very rude answer and he questioned to me who are you asking, no one asking your not interest don't come my store .
That store is store keeper are more supermarket groups

I was paid for more store by Paytm.. the more employer said it's not working.. again I paid by phone pay. They told me your money will refund in 24 hrs.. I didn't get any refund.. yet.. it was already 30 days..

I was asked so many times.. there is no response..from that more person..
It was very bad management.. I told them I will complain about this on consumer court

Vijayanagar 3rd stage, Sangam circle. Few people who come to more supermarket doesn't wear masks and when informed the supervisor, they gave reasons that we don't care About that and all. They were allowed inside the store without any masks or sanitizers provided.

I bought 5 kg(More aata) wheat atta of Rs 270 /- on 21st August 2020 from the nearest retail outlet in Melvisharam . when i opened a pack on 10th October 2020 .The consistency of wheat flour is so much worse that there is a lot of worm in flour. The commodity is made by the company itself. Seriously, they're not giving the quality aata that makes the public fool by packaging low quality flour.
Although the product has an expiry date, the standard of the product being packaged is not yet good.
I request the authority to look very seriously at this complaint and to take the appropriate steps to protect the customers(refund the amount) and relevant measures to upkeep the brand name of the MORE outlet Aditya Birla group.
Note: In Melvisharam More outlet, Their is no provision of registering mobile number and option of feedback at the time of purchase.

I am regular customer of more, faridkot (Punjab).on Dt Oct, 7th, 2020 I purchased bread with some other items . tomorrow morning I on Oct, 9th, 2020 I was going to a far away hospital .and when early morning of 9th Oct, I eaten bread then I came to know that those are expired.see, I was very much harassed, I eaten expired bread, then had to manage something else for breakfast in hurry, my health hot upset, I was late than take taken from hospital.means no limit of harassment.kindly compensate me for all this.and staff should be warned to take care in future.
