but priced for 300/-.

I had brought epigamia greek yoghurt natural quantity 2each @45rs but they have charged me for 22 quantities

I need refund plus this is happening second time i an thinking to go for consumer forum because this is cheating. It my hard earn money.

I will file a case againt aditya birla whatsoever

I have been given items which I have not ordered. This was home delivery. I have been charged for 3 litres of Dhara Oil which I have not even placed in the Order. I have called the store manager for replacement. He told that it will be done next day after 6 pm. On the next day after 6pm he has stopped receiving my calls. This is really disgusting.
I have made around 10 calls to this store manager and he has stopped responding my calls.

Dear sir as i am your regular customer, today i am very disappointed as your store guard is not give entry to me in store for groceries purchase in more mega store located at sector 32 ludhiana at 8:10 pm and the behaviour of that person is very rude to me as i am bagging something for free. Inspite of this i had already asked by one of your employee whether the store is open or close, he politely answered me for closing time 9:00 pm. The cell no of that employee is [protected]. The only fault of gaurd because he never try to listen me and asked for whether i called to your employee or not. False information given to me for opening of store. I request you to plz take care of your customers dignity in this time of pendemic.

Dear team,

Although the quality is good, but it is very hard to find polythene/paper bags storing vegetables or fruits. Especially in quarantine time this is quite head ache.
This issue we had faced only in thiruvannamalai more store.
There is no feedback register maintained, also we have demanded for the same.
Hope this is resolved soon for thiruvannamalai district.

I did shopping on[protected] around 8:30 PM
and i had kept an umbrella in the pigeon hole cupboard as per instruction of security staff and forgot to take it back. Next day on enquiry i was told that public might have taken it and refused to take responsibility for the incident. Also i came to know the camera meant for coverage of footage at entrance of the shop was out of order. Now with no evidence it is not possible to trace the culprit. The responsibility for the incident is responsibility of Management and i ask you to take suitable action and compensate me suitably failing which i will take mater to the consumer court . i have enclosed the copy of the bill.

I have been noticing that the quality of eggs being sold from your outlet at Kalathipady, Kottayam, Kerala is pathetic, they are supposed to be Backyard Eggs.The color of the shell fades each passing day which shows that the egg shell are dipped in color to make them look different, what shocked me more is that within a week the eggs get spoilt and fungus begins to coat the shell.Last week i purchased 2 packets of Eggs supplied by ' Windy Oaks Exports Pvt.Ltd from Ernakulam and to my horrow found that after a week the sealed packets were infested with maggots.

The vegetables and fruits that are sold from the same outlet are mostly unfit for consumption and found to be rotten inside after purchase.

I guess that my monthly spending in this outlet is on an average is about Rs.6000/- per month but sadly will ensure that i avoid shopping from the outlet as it's a total waste of money.

Please find the below photos of Tropicana Juice purchased from ADITYA BIRLA’S MORE STORE from Tilakwadi Belgaum Karnataka. The Juice were purchased in orange and pineapple flavor and has been consuming by my family members from past 1 weeks. Both the juice has dirty cardboard fungus substance in which one orange flavor I have cut the box of the corner and the other pineapple does have the same dirty cardboard substance. My Family members are consuming this juice from past 1 week and today when both the packets were empty, we find this substance coming from mouth (open thread) of the juice packet. It’s a very shame thing Pepsico to earn money you are being duplicating things are mixing dirty substance and serving bad products to consumers or you are not concerned about quality inspection of the product and on the other hand the most trusted brand ADITYA BIRLA’S MORE STORE which we were believing since long time that the store does not compromise quality and they do purchase the goods from good vendors after proper inspection. But this incident has broke all the trust and we will not be part of consumer anymore. This juice was even been consumed by my Grandmother who is 70+ years old and my mother who is at age around 50 and Me at 27 years old. As we are going through this global pandemic situation taking care of our health and buy healthy products for self and for our sake of family members this is what you serve shame on you guys. Now Here I would like to know who the hell I going to take this responsibility if anything mishap happens to me or my family members and how are you going to compensate it.

I am discuss about more departmental store located at sec 13 vasundhara ghaziabad up. Many time i have complain about the unethical behavior by one female sales person but more department store manger take no action by that female sales person. Even i complain more higher authority but result is zero.

I visited near by more store in my area at mancherial i bought this product, when i came to my home i opened the seal of the juice to drink it then i noticed that it was leaking from the cap area so i again went to the store to return the drink, then the staff people at the store they can't even listened to my words they used unparliamentary language. Is this the way u people treat the customers they can't even don't know how to talk to the customers, actually it was second time firstly in had issue with the wildstone perfume bottle as it is same the product is not well packed so my humble request is take some action aganist the more store in mancherial. I have visited your store at meerpet location hyderabad and done a purchase of rs.406.94 paise cm no 1025-[protected]. Please find the bill attached.
As per items displayed i choose two different apples one was rs. 249 price and other was of rs. 109 as displayed. After billing i could able to understand the second one was [protected]@ 298.99 which i have brought to the notice of cashier for which he enquired with colleagues, and concluded the price was erroneously displayed and finally stated either i have to go with their billing price or purchase something else. I have denied to purchase other items as i need to rush and i spent considerable time over there for which cashier said no other option. I have left the items over the counter for which wrong billing done as cashier refused to return the funds.
Thank you for rejecting me.. As per bill i have paid rs.202.12 extra for items which i have not taken from store.
This is the second such instance which happened to me in the store. Earlier i had time spoke to people and cleared.

I would like to bring to your immediate attention that today i had the worst experience at your super market. i'm specifically reporting about an employee named sumathi. she was extremely rude, unprofessional and pathetic. I'm a regular customer at this store since it is right in front of my residence i visit everyday. She uttered very harsh words and behaved very unprofessionally in front of all the customers at the store. i take this as a personally insult by this unprofessional employee as i live right in front of the store and she insulted me front of all the customers. this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is unacceptable. These employees have to be given proper training on customer services and most importantly basic mannerism is what is see is really lacking. such employees ruin the reputation of the organization.
I hope the concerned authorities take necessary action against this employee immediately.
I swear to never enter this store once again or do business with any other store that is run by more. i will also make sure that this incident is shared with all of my friends and colleagues and they don't use more supermarkets any more.

On 2/06/2020 i bought himalaya anti wrinkle cream. It's mrp is mentioned as rs 235 but the bill generated as rs 250. Why these super markets are cheating consumers. Kindly take a necessary action and do justice for me.

The staff here is not following the minimum respect to the customers specially the person at entrance gate, who has been working working as per his wish and fights with customers with his rude behaviour.

Also these shop is allowing more than the required in this covid-19 situations and no body is following the government sugeesionts.

We as loyal customers to more store, appreciate your efforts in providing your services during the pandemic situation. We felt very happy when we heard about the store started operations in our town a couple of years ago. Since then the store is taking care of our needs very well.

But, today when we visited the store, we observed very inappropriate behavior from the service boy named madhu. We never expected such an experience from one of the well-known, renowned brand. His behavior with other customers is also unacceptable. Requesting you to take proper action against the same.

How they are serving to public during lock down

At least 12 pm should close.

And time mentioned over outside the store is 12 pm then how can they close it in the morning time.

People thise who have small children in home, how can they get milk and necessities??
