We purchase breas in ayyappanagar circle more k.r.puram, 3rd time we got worm in fresh baked whole wheat bread please check .

This is chandra sekhar m from madanapalle, chittoor district. I've purchased some home needs in your store on 30th april 2020 and the bill amount is ₹3402/-. Hence i had choose moong whole dal & red chillis 1kg instead of moong dal, so for that i've again visited to your shop and the manager has said that, sir please come on 2nd may 2020 @ 6o'clock. Today i've went for exchange and met the manager so he has advised to go mr. Chalapathi for the exchanging but the employee who is mr. Chalapathi has talked very nasty & unparlament language with me, therefore i need a explanation from him & your team.

This is what to treat a customer in all more stores sir...

This incident happened at muchipara more store. Which is near sarsuna police station.
The staff manager at the store didn't even allow me to shop for 20 mins and started yellong at me infront of public that i am here for more than half an hour and that i should quickly close it and come for billing while people who entered before me to the store before me were still shopping when i told her that i can understand the situation and that people are waiting to come inside and shop but she shold not use incorrect data that i have been shopping for more than 0.5 hrs and that she should not yell at me.
But still the manager (Sarah khara) was behaving totally illmannered and very rude to the customer as my self.

This is not the first time this staff are rude. I have seen them doing this to many people.

Most of them there are totally hopeless.

Unfortunately if this is how they behave you will loose out on valued customer.

On an av erage we shop for more than 5k every month from the store. But this is how you treat your customer.

I can understand that this is a special situation and everybody needs to shop. But i am not going out and standing in cue everyday. I am going out only once in 10 packets of oil. Becoz mujhe during lockdown dogs and poor people ko donate aur khilana parta h he told me with rude tone ki itna kyo oil le rhe h. Aur apne billing staff ko wo bola ki iska address likho. Why r treated cheap behavior with me. If not possible to ap mark kr do ki kitna lena h ya nhi lena h. Bt ap kisi customer ko wrongful word use nhi kr skte h

More over after she shooed me to the billing counter i had to stand in the line with no social distancing. So diagusting. For what sake he yelled at me i really din't understand.

Toward I purchased soap and other items form more shop near hadadi road branch but they billed more than MRP on soap..

I am a resident of sodepur, kolkata-700110. I am a regular customer of more store at sodepur and my registered mobile number cum and club more membership number is [protected]. Today unfortunately i had to takeout time to complain against the staff's at the store, who behave very arrogantly and very rudely. Today, in this horrid pandemic situation it is very necessary for the staffs to provide calm and cool customer service, but one of the supervisor (Tanmoy) of sodepur branch blamed and quarreled over me by stating that no change will be given though i had a bill amounting rs 270/-. They had sufficient amount of changes and were also providing other customers, they behaved rudely with me which really is disappointing. Therefore i request the higher management to please take this attitude of sodepur branch staff's seriously and do the needful.

Now days The actual timing of the store Is 7 to 12 o'clock but in deralakatte branch employees close shop at 11 o clock. After tht they won't allow customers to enter the shop. Employees behave agreessively

I purchased vanpayar from more supermarket, seaport airport road, kochi yesterday. Due to covid19 situation I was not allowed to get into the store and I was given the items keeping me outside instead. Bought vanpayar and few other items and billed for the same. Due to lockdown situation I was not allowed to stand there for a longer time to reverify the items. Once I got back home, I cam to see that the price for the vanpayar 1kg is Rs.214 while outside price is hardly Rs.70. During this emergency pandemic situation, Government have advised all supermarkets to provide groceries for normal price. It's in this emergency situation that they are doing this cheating human beings by exponentially increasing the grocery's price. Considering the situation I had no other option than to buy the same. The price label in the packet is clearly seen reprinted by the authorities. I need solution and compensation for this. Also, for doing this inhuman practices the Morestore should not cheat anymore customers. Contacted the "[protected]@morstore.com" email but no help.

The staff working at your supermarket are behaving worstly with the customers. If you people will not council them there will be a lot of damage for your business in this location. Bcoz new supermarket's are coming in this area. I'm your regular customer today they behave rudely with me.in future i didn't come to your supermarket and i didn't allow my friends and family to your supermarket.

Your staff standing at the entrance of the store at bull temple road, bengaluru are not allowing customers without mask, and they have born a very rude character. Government no where has made the mask mandatory but your staff at the entrance are giving some illogical reference. This is total disgusting to find it from such a premier institution.

I know this a very serious situation... There is a complete lock down for next 21 days... But i would like to bring to your notice that they are billing for those items which i didn't even take... And when i complain to another employee about this... He said if you want you buy or else you may leave...
This is not right... Taking advantage of people in theses kinds of situations is not at all acceptable

Today i have bought 2 double chocolate cornetto, a feast chocobar, and a mango pulp stick. As we opened the packs the ice-creams were deformed and molten.
My home is just a minute from the store. When we contacted the store incharge he said he had separated the damaged ice-creams but was unaware that those for sale was also molten. He asked us to bring the molten ice-creams which was not possible... We showed him the packs and the pictures of the damaged ice-creams... But he ignored..
This kind of service is unexpected... More over the ice-creams dated july 2019

We are from Vijayanagar 3rd stage, Mysore, Kanakarta, India. We are writing to complain about the More supermarket in our area. Although the supermarket has provided consumers with Paytm service for payment method. But most of billing staff don't know how to use paytm that caused badly experience for customers while other supermarkets did so will with paytm.
Kindly request train your employees about paytm payment or replace staff who can understand all payment methods in supermarket because of consumer's right. Thank you.

The lady staff who billed she only entered my feedback.. I asked her without asking me how can u entered.. Instead of apology she behaved very rudely she said you want to give feedback k again purchase something i'll give you bill and accept your feedback.. After that i called customer care no [protected] but it's not reachable i mailed resolver but no reply

Please just re arrange these two counters for customers. Now since freebe time is over sustnence requires other than your fresh display of supplies quick customer disposal... So do the needful. Also see that trawley reaches car park and wheelchair access happens... At the earliest

The staff in your store didn't know how to behave with customers and they are talking in a harsh way with customers and the store manager also don't know how to talk with customers. The worst store i have visited and the staff also very rude with customers and they did n't have any experience in this field. Their attitude is 'customers are beggers'. I think your management will take action on them.

I missed one of the item custard powder at more super market meerpet branch. After reaching home i found item was missing again went to more super market meerpet branch they told item was there after i left the store but again sold to some other customer pathetic staff and security guys and staff of meerpet branch are theifs. Very unprofessional, un ethical store without proper process security or poorly maintained manager is very unprofessional guy looks like fool who never address customer issues

I purchased quaker oats at your tambaram west, chennai on 03/02/2020 vide your bill no.1173- [protected] for rs.560/- i am started to use it now and regret to inform you it is not in good condition and emits different smell which iam unable to use. Hence i request you to exchange it and provide fresh quaker in usable condition. I also request you to recall all such faulty goods and to avoid anything goes wrong to general public.
