Morestore always has issues with quality and billing. I have purchased fish on 19th December which was completely stale and foul smell. I have shared pictures and details to the manager Malllanna same afternoon when I found it at home. Till now no response from More team nor I got my money back.

I purchased in 22 nd January 2020, amount of 3022.79 but cash back not received plz reply me

Store is closed at 9.30pm only but working hours are till 10pm and the employee inside the store closing shutter on our face .

Hi, my name is divya. I purchased some goods on 21st May 2020 from Proddatur branch more store on that day the total bill was ₹1148 I gave ₹500 cash and ₹648 was paid through google pay(the person in the billing area who conformed me to pay through google pay) after payment was done(money deducted from my bank account)he told me that he haven't received the amount. Then he informed the store manager whose name is Mohan. Mohan gave me a slip and told that this is the proof that they haven't received amount and within 2-3 days the amount will be refund. Then I gave him another ₹300 cash and remaining amount was again paid through google pay this time they received the amount and complete bill was done.(proofs are attached). But here the issue is till today my money wasn't refunded. I informed this to Mohan(Manager) on 28 th because 21st is Thursday and 22nd Friday is the working day again 23rd Saturday is holiday(4th Saturday) 24 & 25 are also holidays as 25 th is Ramzan so on 28th May I informed Mohan that i haven't received amount so he told me to raise dispute from google pay and I did that again I waited for 3 more working days still the money wasn't refunded. Then Mohan told me that he will raise a complaint through mail(he told me that he raised complaint on the same day). After 3 days I called Mohan about this he is again telling me to wait few more days as he didn't get any reply from that mail. Then I directly mail to [protected]@morestore.com on June 8th.For that I got a reply regarding all my order and payment details then there is no reply about refund. Please tell me how many days should I be wait patiently for my money and here my mistake is not there first I conformed from the cashier then only I paid the money. Today once again I make a call to Mohan and again telling me to wait few more days. Just tell me what should do now and I no more want to buy anything from the more store next time because of this bad experience. The store code is 1013071.

I purchased cavins vanilla milkshake 500ml on December 18 2019.Its mrp was RS 65 but after discount/offer it's cost was RS 43.But when I opened it in my home milk was spoiled and it was as thick like a curd and also coagulated.I purchased it from more supermarket kalidasa road, 1st stage, vijayanagar, Mysore.I request u to take immediate action.
