I bought a Morphy Richards 23L Microwave oven on 01 Jan 2016. A call (COC[protected]-1) was raised on 1 Jan for a free demo at home. A technician called and offered a demo on 09th Jan(Friday). Reminded him about this on Friday evening and he accepted. When called him from my home on Sat afternoon 11:30 AM, said he cannot come, somebody else is assigned. I waited the whole day, but nobody came.On 11th, I got a message that my door was locked at Sat 12:00 PM when the technician came, which is an UTTER LIE.As per the message, I reported this to the customer care, who does not (or pretending not to) understand the issue and asked me to escalate it to area manager at Kochi. I escalated to the area manager after which a demo was assured on 16th Jan. Nobody came; I again called the area manager and asked for anytime of the technician's convenience and offered me a demo on 18th Jan. Even then nobody came. I again called the area manager, he said he will get back to me; but there was no response after that. Morphy Richards cancelled the service request in the mean time. Its disappointing that a company like Morphy Richards updates false information and being dishonest to the customers like this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
