To whom it concerns

This is to complain most grievously that in spite of seeking help for the last ten days, our plea was ignored and when a mechanic by the name of banty mobile no: [protected] was perhaps sent, he made us wait for two days, and at last failed to come on the pretext of not finding our address, which is a registered address and available on the gps. I had not asked for free service even then nobody came. My time is also precious, why was i made to wait on false promise. Indeed your company is a reputed one. Do you haress your customer for no reason?
When i made a complaint even then no action was taken.

I purchased an OTG on 3rd Sep
From Reliance digital. As instructed I Pre-heated @200 for 10 minutes. When I inserted the bread tray inside, the power button neither shown any light nor the OTG heated even after several attempts. I tried plugging it in other power outlet but it didn't work. Very disappointed indeed
Morphy Richards Glide 1250-Watt Steam Iron is not working properly. Morphy Richards 1250-watt steam iron was in May. It has been damaged three times since May to September. It was a two-year warranty, it was still five months but it has been damaged three times, so I do not want to keep it.So get it back and my money goes back.

    I have placed order for "morphy richard icon dlx food processor" on 27th junly 2017 & received order on 4th august 2017. Then food processor stopped working on 14th aug 2017 and i posted comment on there complaint board (I also have screenshot for same). Then i again submit complaint on there toolfree number dated 17th aug 2017 & went through process and in result they mention they will not not replace the product rather they will repair.

    And it make no sense for me to go for repair a brand new product in just 1 days for which i spend rs 8883. Also this make me no faith on product.

    So can you help me for same.

    The Water heater is not getting heated up since yesterday (28th Sept. 2017). This was purchased from BISMI Applianceds vide their Invoice No. 289831 dated 03 March 2015.       I had purchased the toaster from airforce csd canteen race course new delhi. After some time it went out of order and could not be repaired by your service center. Replacement was approved by your company on 23 jun 17. I went to the canteen three times but the canteen did not have this model in their stock. There i met mr rakesh of your company about a month ago and i was told by him that it will be replaced at my doorstep at noida shortly
      But inspite of repeated telephonic reminders, it has not been replaced till date.
      I am 75 years old, so it is not possible for me to go repeatedly to get the replacement. I would therefore request you to kindly get the replacement done at my residence at noida flat no. 290 sector 28 without further delay. I am also loosing further guarantee period on the toaster. Same may please be extended by the period when it became defective till it is replaced.

        Have raised a call when the product was in warranty but executive came when the product warranty was expired.
        I had purchased the food processor product in jun 2015 from vijaysales. The food process stopped working 4 times already, machine gave out a burning smell and then stopped working. Executive has come 3-4 times and again the same problem persist, ever since i have been so gently in handling the product. My products warranty has been expired on 21-jun-17. I have raised a complaint mum[protected] on 17-jun-17 but executive came on 26-jun-17 and he told me that i have to pay as warranty has been expired. Have requested multiple times to their customer care, every time they said that i need to contact later but nothing happened. Then i have contacted vijaysales on 02-jul-17. After 5-6 frustrating follow-up call they told me on 31-jul-17 that i need to pay. Its very frustrating and irritating to contact these guys and find out the product is really very bad. Request you to kindly help me in this matter when i have registered a complaint within warranty then why should i pay?
        Due to above explained issue, i have not used the product from last 50 days.

          Purchased a morphy richards foord processor #icon dlx# around diwali in 2016, since then it is creating some or the other problem. Within 2 months its motor burnt which was changed by the company as, i have onsite 2 years warranty. Nw its big jar has developed big cracks and also it has stopped working. When contacted customer care they again gave me an engineer visit, who later on told me that you have to pay for a new jar. Company doent take any responsibility for the jar.
          It really shameful for a company like bajaj which is delivering these type of faulty products to us and befooling customers. It is a clear wastage of time and mental stress to get your new product repaired again and again.
          Company should give us money back or they should be ready to face some strong steps taken by us.

          company called me and got another engineer visit done of the faulty product. After few days company agreeed to provide me another jar of the food processor free of cost. They replaced it accepting the fact that the product is not upto the standard quality.

            We bought a food processor in january 2017 from vijay sales. The food processor has many attachments but its jar is the main content in which all the process takes place. The jar started breaking automatically in 2 months and conditions got deteriorated in 4th month and the base is broken and of no use now. We complaint on the toll free number and the 3rd party representative came and said this is not under warranty we have to buy a new jar. Company is all aware that the quality of the jar is 3rd class and tend to break after 2 months hence they intentionally not taken the warranty on jar for this reason. We bought this product for rs. 8000 and they are saying its not under warranty. We have taken utmost care to use the same and we used it very gently because it wasn’t part of warranty but during use only it started cracking without being mishandled. I want to launch a complaint against murphy richard company for selling such a low quality product and charging very high.

            This is a hopeless product, company knows that this jar is a profitable item for them hence they are not giving any warranty against the same and minting money on jar instead of food processor. One should stop buying this product.

              Dear sir,
              I have purchased morphy richards food processor only 6 months back & i hardly use it for 1 to 2 months and there are cracks formed on the vessels & when i asked for the replacement the service guy refused it it very shameful for the company like morphy richards to deliver such kind of product & also not taking care the customer.
              I also had a problem with the buttons the processor is not working in the fisrt speed option.
              I want a replacement for the vessels & also to fix the button issue asap.
              Please do the needfull.

                I have purchase morphy richard water heater 10 lit from raj electronic decoration and service pratap nagar udaipur on the heater it is written free installation but from us they have charged extra money 350+120 of installation and pipes which was not at all mentioned on bill and said verbally by the shop keeper.                   I bought food processor in november and made a not working properly complaint in april. Service center person came and he take the food processor with them. After 15-20 days receiving the food processor and found that it is still not working properly.

                  When i made complaint again they said that we dont know how to use the food processor.

                  Please look into the matter on priority basis otherwise we will go for the legal action.

                    I bought this food processor from amazon.in on 13th march 2017. Till 5th april i was waiting for an demo from the company which i didnt recieve and so finally decided to use the product without demo. After just 2 days o[censored]se the main processing jar of the processor cracked. Company says will not provid replacement and amazon.in says we are not responsible. Third class product quality and now i dont understand how to deal with it.

                      This company literally sucks..speaclly there customer care..i spoke with a person name pramod and he was so rude...he said that we just take complaints and its the customers job to take the follow up on the same...first this company sells products with defective parts and then dont even care to replace it...its been more than 2 weeks and i have not recived any resolution...no call no msgs..nothing..should have gone with big names like samsung etc...didnt expected this from bajaj...will make sure to file a case against them ...it will not matter much to the company but i hope becuase of that my issue will be resolved atleast...

                      I am aged 72 years Heart Patient & my wife is also aged ill health, Purchased one Micro Oven ( Morphy Richard) from you Anand Steel on assurance that on call proper service will be provided on fail;ur necessary damages will be paid and since the date of said purchase we are facing great problems due to supply/ sale of defective Oven and on my various Problems and after long awaiting, technician of the comp[any removed / solved the problems but again said oven was not Hitting / working since 15-20 days hence I lodged a complaint to Customer care being no[protected] dated 21.08.2017 and on complain they assured to solve problem within day or two, but in spite of said assurance / commitment and on my several reminders ( 1 reminder on 23.08.2017 at 9.55 a.m to Bina, on 25.08.2017 at 10.10 a.m to Sindu / Indu, 3 ( three) Reminders on 26.08.2017 at 9.25 a.m to Sresh, at- 1.10 p.m to Mamta, at 1.30 Naresh( supervisor) ) call & sms t Local Dealer Boby Khan on 26.08.2017 at 2.18 p, m but none of your person came nor do the needful to solve / remove defect of my Oven due to which My self and my aged ill health wife are facing great Harassment, tress, agony and health problems, I there fore serving / lodging FINAL notice / Complain to remove / solve the said problem within 24hours failing which I will be compelled to file / take suitable legal steps including Consumer Case against all of you for the same as well as compensation of damages of Rs. 15.00.000/- ( Rupees fifteen Lacks) only for harassment, mental & physical damages etc, R.N.Mukherjee, Advocate, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi

                        I purchased morphy richards instacook stainless steel electric kettle for noodle, pasta and beverage 1200 watts from amazon. Initially used to only boil water and after a few days tried the noodles and pasta and nothing worked. I followed all instructions still it would take multiple boils to get them ready. By that time, the return window on amazon had closed. So i called up the customer care and they connected me to the sarthak service centre. Sarthak service centre people sent one person who said that they need to replace a part. Following that no one came. I made 4 complaints in all. Every time they would call and ask me the issue and complete the call without doing anything. Mr ram and lakshman and one reshma are the managers of the centre. They royally took me for a ride. They kept promising that 'tomorrow we will come 100% and repair it"but no one called, no one turned up. When i called to check, they said in the background rudely mocking me that"go and tell that woman how it is to be used, we cant do anything."and guess what, they just completed my complaint saying it was resolved. Again!

                        Is this why we trust your brand so that we are treated in such a crass manner? I am going to share my horrible experience with morphy richards and sarthak service centre. Its not like got this product for free. I paid hard earned money to the brand. Disgusting experience.

                          Very poor service. I registered a complaint on 7th Jan17 but still Salvo storage water heater is not OK. One Mechanic came on 11th Jan and then on 30th Jan but the product is not working. I again registered a complaint on 4th Feb. I also connected with Morphy Richards on Facebook. But nothing has been done. I also paid Rs.350 as service charges. Now I want to return the product having 5 years warranty on Eliment and 10 years on water tank.

                            I purchased one stream with manufacturing defects of puncture water drum. The Stream Iron came with this defect from the company which needs to be replaced with new one. The complaint which I did to the Customer Care of Morphy Richards went unattended as they are reluctant to replace the Iron. I am insisting the replacement of Iron as it came to me with a defect with day one.

                              I have purchased an OTG 28 litre in October 2016 with 2 years warranty, 3 month back. I have used it only 2 times and it is not working . When you plug in only the sound of timer will come and the timer used to rotate accordingly but no electricity sign light up. Ther is no heating inside. I did not seek advice from anyone just waiting that it would be corrected by the company. So my humble request to solve resolve my problem and repairas soon as possible

                              I have purchase a havells otg Just after purchagsing very next day I want to use it... When I connect the other it not heating up... What a pathetic condition of this so called brand company
                              I got a new Morphy Richards 28Ltr OTG yesterday. But as soon I started to preheat the oven for the first time, it stopped working. This is very annoying that the appliance did not last beyond 2 min at the first use. How can I get a replacement for the product?

                                I had ordered Morphy Richards Icon DLX 1000-Watt Food
                                Processor in Oct 2016, since we were out of town we used the
                                product in Dec.
                                I had called a service centre associate for a demo as the
                                you tube demo was not very helpful and when the service
                                centre guy came for the demo he stated the information on
                                youtube is as per the old model cause the process was quite
                                simple. Once the service guy showed as the demo somewhere
                                around 7th Dec we started using the grinder, we used it for
                                not more than days and the machine stopped it was
                                quite annoying as I had paid a huge amount for the product
                                and I don't expect the product to stop within 2 days.
                                I called the service centre guy and I guess he came within 2
                                days of the complaint the motor started without him doing
                                anything I guess it was because the product had cooled down,
                                when the motor started it had a burning smell and since it
                                was kept on the floor we realised it had some black powder
                                on my white tiles which the service centre guy also saw, he
                                said will repair the product . I refused the same and told
                                him I want the product exchanged as I have only used it for
                                just 2 days and its not acceptable. he said it cant be done,
                                so I asked hi what is the complaint process which he was not
                                aware and informed me to speak to his senior name Amit his
                                number: [protected].

                                I spoke to Amit on 30th Dec and he was not able to solve my
                                issue as well, I asked him what is the complaint process
                                however he said that I can speak to his supervisor and he
                                would share his number but I very specifically again asked
                                him about the complaint process for which he informed me I
                                need to speak to customer care ...I guess no one know what
                                the complaint process but I will definitely find a away.
                                Since Amit has only provided your email address and not his
                                superior number I am writing to you and expect a resolution
                                on a product that I paid INR 8000 and within 2 days o[censored]sing
                                it stopped how annoying is it.

                                I need to understand what will be done of this product and I
                                need a competent person to call me to provide me a
                                resolution.

                                  I bought a 25 lt micro oven from flipkart

                                  OD[protected] ON OCT 2, 2016

                                  The coupling of the micro oven melted and it stopped the glass from rotating on Dec 25, 2016

                                  After complaining the service team is now stating that this part is not covered

                                  I have full warranty still they charged me

                                  First of all why is that the coupler melted

                                  Does this mean that this is a low quality product

                                  I want a full proof check on this issue

                                  This is not acceptable as it is not even 2 months after I bought the item

                                    My name is raj sharma, i bought an electric kettle (Insta cook all in one) i paid almost rs 4700 and got 2 years on site warranty.

                                    Now i am facing problem on regular bases i called customer service they send technician at my place and problem got resolved but the technician was very rude, never mind. Every month i have the same issue.

                                    Now i called customer care to replace my product which is under warranty,

                                    Now i asked customer care to replace they said talk to the dealer, i went to the dealer he said talk to customer care i can not help in this, again i called to my customer center they gave me an another number of service center,
                                    I dialed the same number they gave me distributor's number i told him the same story and he said will not happen again also send some one to take care of this,

                                    After that i went out for one month again come back and after fifteen days have the same problem,

                                    And every one is asking me the same thing to do, this time the number which they are giving me ringing but people are not answering,

                                    One more thing, when i bought it sales men said that its replaceable in case u have big problem.

                                    What shall i do???

                                    I have all the recordings and contact number which they have given me also i have my complaint numbers too...

                                    I am going to consumer courts now i[censored] did not reply on this, will wait for 24 hrs, keeping copy of this too.

                                      I had purchased Morphy Richards geyser 2 months back and since then I have registered four complaints. I have not been able to use this geyser more than 6-7 times. In the last complaint, I specifically asked to either replace the geyser or refund money. It was agreed by them that it will be replaced. But instead a technician came for fixing it saying we won't face this issue again. Using it the next day after this fix, we realised that he has somehow disabled the Auto-cut feature and also now there is a leak from the geyser inlet. Now, in the last registered complaint I have been told by their executive that geyser can never be replaced & it can only be fixed. This is really a case of consumer harassment. It has been a real waste of time and I no longer want to use this geyser neither do I want a replacement. I want my money back so that I can buy geyser from some other company. Please take necessary actions asap. Winter has come and I can't complaint every time I use this product.

                                      Last repair: Mechanic asked us not to use the knob present in geyser. If it is not supposed to be used, why is it even present over there?

                                        Morphy richards complaint for steam iron no. 10675175 pending since 19th october 2016. Steam iron under warranty and is out of order.
                                        On checking with customer care ([protected]), i learnt that complaint has been closed and not pending. Strange i didn’t share the code which i receive from service centre (Which was supposed to be shared only on complaint being resolved). On further asking, how complaint can be closed when we didnot share the code, cc executive has no answer. He tried to convince me that they have registered the fresh complaint[protected], it will be attended shortly. When i requested for transferring the call to his senior, cc executive first didnot pay heed then on my insisting, he transferred the call to his senior (Mr. Anup), who after listening to my query, disconnected the call abruptly. This is pathetic and annoying.
