Full description of the incident:
4 months ago i face the problem with the water (not switching on), more than 10 times authorized service person visited my home but problem not resolved. finally they decided to change the heating element, they taken the heater and brought them back after 2 weeks. installation done by them not as per standard - engineers don't have proper tool to install (water leak observed) then i called local plumber to reconnect it properly.
Now same problem repeated, i launched the compliant on 16th sep16 (call no-che[protected]-1) service engineer visited my home on 19th sep16 - instead of repairing he broken the water heater tank, without rectifying the problem he just closed the call by saying problem solved.
Once again i raised the compliant 20th sep16 (call no - che[protected]-1), the same evening engineer visited the house and said the problem is again with heater element and need to be replaced.
Resolution need for my complaint:
1. since many different people coming to my home (more than 10 visit) i feel its unsafe for my family members during my absence.
2. the service engineer not even having basic knowledge about the product then how they can resolve the issue.
3. start from service engineer to manager (mr. selvam) not giving responsible answer to the customer how can i trust the service.
4. now water is getting leak from tank, the service engineer do some thing to rectify the problem and in future leakage happens and it may cause the
Electrical accident.
5. if the element is failing within three months how can i trust the quality of the heater.
With respect to the above points i don't trust the morphy richards service and product quality, i don't want to use this water heater any more due to the safety reason.
So i request you to kindly arrange for replacement or refund for my product.
