Morphy Richards — Company not sending technician despite several complaint calls with the spare part

Once the oven is put on, the bowl inside the oven keeps rotating, but absolutely no heat is transferred to the contents of the bowl. Once a technician came and told that the part called "magnetron" needs to be replaced. Also sound comes from inside the oven.
