First six months of purchase the Jar is broaken, replaced. Food processor stopped funcitoning. During corona all services off.
Complained requested for replacement, while not satisfied for product reliability, complaint is closed with out action.
Again complained on same issue on October 9th, asking for replacement of whole system, Diagnosed as motor failure. I have asked for complete replacement. Had couple of calls communicating about product reliability isuses with limited usage with Preetham, no resolution. Then Dilip, refused to take call with multiple attempts.
Issue is simple - This product is not even par with simple mixie which comes atleast 5 years, which would cost 3 k. I have paid Rs.10, 510, wasted so many hours just to get justice, a functioning product. Which is also not possible.
