I have ordered MR essential 100FP 600 w food processor white from flipkart.Received the product on 1st week of jan 2022. I didn't get any complaint on that return period(7 days). But after tat im getting burning smell n also smoke is coming while using the processor. Regarding tis I have raised a complaint about 3 times. 2nd time they came for service n said that belt is the problem. We have changed the belt. Here after u won't get any problem. They said like that. But after 2 days i'm getting the same complaint. Again we have raised the complaint. Yesterday they came for service. They checked the processor and said like motor is the problem. I will get the product from you after 1 or 2 hours. But still they didnt take the product from us for service. I really disappoint with ur company products and service. My friend suggested for morphy richard product. That why I go your processor. But im getting very bad experience on your product. Waste of money waste of time everything. Very disappointed with your product. Processor can't able to use for 2 members family. Hardly I used the processor only for 10 to 15 time from january. Please calculate how worst the product was. I don't know who is responsible for this.but im suffering very much.
