I bought this expensive food processors and after a week it's switch got burnt. On complaining to Show room, I was advice to complaint to customer care, on informing them a technician was sent to check it, after checking technician told that this is the common problem with the switch of all new machines, after 3 days he again came with a switch and in the night at 2100 Hrs technician completed his job and shown that switch is working, I also signed the paper but after finishing our dinner when I checked the machine i found that switch is working in reverse direction and alignment is also not proper, immediately I informed, but after passing 4 days machine is not attended.
