I had ordered Morphy Richards Icon DLX 1000-Watt Food Processor in Oct 2016, since we were out of town we used the product in Dec. I had called a service centre associate for a demo as the you tube demo was not very helpful and when the service centre guy came for the demo he stated the information on youtube is as per the old model cause the process was quite simple. Once the service guy showed as the demo somewhere around 7th Dec we started using the grinder, we used it for not more than days and the machine stopped it was quite annoying as I had paid a huge amount for the product and I don't expect the product to stop within 2 days. I called the service centre guy and I guess he came within 2 days of the complaint the motor started without him doing anything I guess it was because the product had cooled down, when the motor started it had a burning smell and since it was kept on the floor we realised it had some black powder on my white tiles which the service centre guy also saw, he said will repair the product . I refused the same and told him I want the product exchanged as I have only used it for just 2 days and its not acceptable. he said it cant be done, so I asked hi what is the complaint process which he was not aware and informed me to speak to his senior name Amit his number: [protected]. I spoke to Amit on 30th Dec and he was not able to solve my issue as well, I asked him what is the complaint process however he said that I can speak to his supervisor and he would share his number but I very specifically again asked him about the complaint process for which he informed me I need to speak to customer care ...I guess no one know what the complaint process but I will definitely find a away. Since Amit has only provided your email address and not his superior number I am writing to you and expect a resolution on a product that I paid INR 8000 and within 2 days o[censored]sing it stopped how annoying is it. I need to understand what will be done of this product and I need a competent person to call me to provide me a resolution.
