Its been almost 2 months since the product is not working, I purchased it in April n since end of April the Rods of the Oven is not working, the rods were also changed once, but the same was not functional the very next day, inspite of various talks to the consumer and complains which are only made via calls, there is no response and none of the customer care executives are giving any solution whether a repair or a replacement, since my new product is only a damaged one within a month.
