Morphy Richards — Not satisfied with the service | |||
I have purchased microwave oven 2 years back. From the first day it is giving me trouble Till now 4 to 5 times it has been repaired. It was under guarantee the person who ever has came for service i asked them to replace the product but no one has listened. Now last week my microwave had some problem its moter was not rotating The person came to check after sometime he said that the oven is to b taken to the service center after that in the evening he called nd said the the locks are broken as infront of me no lock was broken . As now its guarantee period is over nd company was also unable to get the new lock. So the service center boy demanded the bill so the piece is exchanged But guarantee period is over. Nothing can happen now. I don't know how he fixed the problem nd delivered the product he told me that company don't provide locks he said i have got locks from the new microwave how come he damaged a new piece for my microwave . But at the delivery he was so rude. And said that if in future lock is again broken then it can't be replaced. This was my first experience with morphy richard. And i must say its the WORST experience. I would never recommend anyone to buy morphy products. As the staff also don't know how to talk to the customer. In last ill just say if there is any possibility pls i want to exchange the product. Pls do consider my complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
