I have purchased a Morphy Richards Microwave Over before an year and now the touch pad stopped working and hence I am unable to use it. I have approached Morphy Richards customer care and one guy came and checked the machine and informed me that he will get back within a week. He has not called back even there is no response even after several reminder call.. It seems the spare parts are not available. Later I have contacted some local service guys and they also have confirmed that Morphy Richards parts are not available in the market and they cannot be repaired.
With this bad experience I have decided that I will never buy any Morphy Richards products and nor recommend it to anyone. I will try to post similar message in maximum websites to help customers from getting into such trouble I have been going through.
