Hi,
My name is raj sharma, i bought an electric kettle (Insta cook all in one) i paid almost rs 4700 and got 2 years on site warranty.
Now i am facing problem on regular bases i called customer service they send technician at my place and problem got resolved but the technician was very rude, never mind. Every month i have the same issue.
Now i called customer care to replace my product which is under warranty,
Now i asked customer care to replace they said talk to the dealer, i went to the dealer he said talk to customer care i can not help in this, again i called to my customer center they gave me an another number of service center,
I dialed the same number they gave me distributor's number i told him the same story and he said will not happen again also send some one to take care of this,
After that i went out for one month again come back and after fifteen days have the same problem,
And every one is asking me the same thing to do, this time the number which they are giving me ringing but people are not answering,
One more thing, when i bought it sales men said that its replaceable in case u have big problem.
What shall i do???
I have all the recordings and contact number which they have given me also i have my complaint numbers too...
I am going to consumer courts now i[censored] did not reply on this, will wait for 24 hrs, keeping copy of this too.
