Not provided any solution of my complaint again and again,

Mos utility pvt. Ltd. Is providing me railway ticket id for 1 year but is suspended before 1 year.

I have submitted my problem/ complaint in mos utility pvt. Ltd. But they dont reply of my complaint.

They have charged 8000 for 1 year license but license id suspended in 3 months o[censored]sing.
