I have taking franchise on nov 22nd 2019 and i have paid 17000 till today no response from sales executive and and sales manager simply they send me irctc dongle and micro atm. When i called to sales person she was talking walgur language she was giving warning to me what u want to do u do go and complain any where nothing will happen i'll will not provide services what u want to do u do every time she telling me like this my k code 17894 please resolve my problem as soon as possible kindly giving the train to ur sale's executive how to behave and how to talk with customers

For recharged mob # [protected] amt of rs 149 debitted twice from the panel.
On 19/2/20 it was recharged and amt debitted but again 146 debitted on 20/2/20 by HO without informing.
We need thev refund ASAP
Also customer care responds rough ly and asks us to do what we can do we will not refund

    My wallet amount of rs10857.49 has been removed by this company from my account. It gives some lame excuse as hacking or system audit etc, citing security reasons thinking that we don't know anything about it. If there is any malware attack why it removes the money? It should actually return the amount to the franchisee's account. It has been a month now that it has removed the money. It is cheating the franchisees. Something fishy is going on in the company & there customer care no always busy...

      It is blocked by company from last 1 months amount is 2300 pls activate ny account as soon as possible.. I have done call many time in customer care they are not even receiving calls and if receiving they are saying that system is upgrading it will take 7 days.. But now its almost 1 month... Now its in fraud category.. Solve as ap otherwise all distributors will file case against conpany

          The company runs on no business ethics, the fraudsters in this co. Take our money block or remove from balance at there convenience, use our money as they want. Worst customer service i have ever seen.
          First they made some fake new panel and transfer our balance to new fake portal with out any intimation. (All money gone for a toss}
          Than customer service told you can recharge in old panel and start your business. The moment i recharged the old panel they block the balance and subsequently removed the balance with out any intimation or permission.

            My kcode is 415091, total amount of 12447 is been blocked by the company, customer care never answers the call, company call centers saying they will unblock it after 15 days, as its due to malware activity, i dnt know how to deal with this kind of people, i think if they are not unblocking it in next 1 or 2 days, i will do this thing from mr sachin gole from mns, which can be helpful in getting the money back. As the amount is not much, but at last its hard earned money.

              Ye aaisa area hai jahan company ka koyi v support nahi hai...
              But fir v miane company sath work karne ki kosis ki. But ab aur aage work karna muskil hai, because ek to local koyi support nahi hai hai, aur company ke jin logo se maine vouchers liya tha unke side se v koyi support nahi milta, matlab na online support na offline. Mere paas vouchers hone ke bawjud mujhe froc karke 25 aeps ka vouchers aur purchase krya gya, but support nahi diya gya sahi se. Mere retailers ko koyi v problem hoti hai to mai usko resolve nahi kar pata because mujhe upar se koyi support nahi hai.
              Aur ye kisi v company ke liye bahot sarm ki baat hai ki jinse unki company chalti hai wo unko hi support nahi kar pate.
              Mere paas na technical support hi na yes bank kyc, na retailers ko support de pa raha hun, is liye id v sell nahi kiya hai... Local support v nahi hai.
              Mai bahot dino se paresan hun na company koyi action le rahi hai aur na koyi company ka staff kuchh sunta hai. Maine mail v kiya tha company ko but jo log mere sath cheat kar rahe hain unko hi ye matter resolve karne ko diya gya. Ab to mai mail kar kar ke thak gaya hun par koyi response nahi mil raha. Ek to mera pisa fasa hua hai upar se support nahi milne ke karan retailers ke issues resolve nahi kara pa raha hun, bahot tension me hun.

              So mere is complain ko company ke kisi senior person ko forward kiya jaye. Aur uspe action liya jaye.
              Aur company mere sare retailers ko direct apne sath track kar le aur mer distributor account close kar ke unused vouchers ko remove kar ke refund kare.

              Maine bahot Baar en mail id pe mail Kiya hai... Mai screen shot share Kar Raha Hun. Agar Pura mail Ka copy v Chahiye to upload Kar sakata Hun jisme ye saaf Dekha ja Sakta hai kaise ye fraud company koyi action Nahi le rahi hai...mere mail Ka. Ye to reply tak Nahi deti mails Ka.
              Aur mere kuchh retailers Ka paisa v block Kar Diya hai wallet me. RBI ke rule ke according aeps Ka paisa koyi v company wallet me hold Nahi Kar Sakti, usko bank transfer Ka option dena hota hai, par ye fraud logon ki company ne sirf fraud Kiya hai logo ke sath, Mai ek distributor Hun aur is halat me Hun to aap andaja laga sakte Hain Jo retailers direct company se track honke unke sath kya kya hota hoga.
              So Mai complaint board se request karta Hun ki aaise fraud company pe action liya Jaye aur inke owners ko jel me dala Jaye.

Multlink negative response through e mail dt 27.02.2020 at 17:10 hours vide which was asked that my kcode 409628 and kcode 409613 is already unblock. And reply use forget password link and reset the password has been done even that the all utilities services e. I money transfer, recharge, aeps, bill payment. Is not working.

                    Only AEPS is working properly. I.e., only payin is there, no payout is available.Today I did an AEPS of Rs- 200 it is working properly then I recharged a mobile no. It shows please contact your administrator or insufficient balance. So when it will work properly

                              I have made a very big mistake by joining the company, because the facilities that the company is announcing, but in reality if the company does not have the facilities, how can they provide such facilities, this is called a net fraud, in addition to the company. The help facility is very bad when you write a ticket to the help facility, any inconvenient answer is given immediately within 5/10 minutes. This is done, as it will be gone in a short period of time, will be ok within a week, or this feature is available to you (Need help if the feature is available). But i have not found it yet, complaining, we get a weird answer, in fact i would not say in pure words to join the people in this camp.

                              I have had a positive conversation with a member of this MultiLink complaining, which will continue, I hope my complaint will be resolved,
                              I try to money transfer regularly . But my does not success . Multilink donot support me . Cuustomer care do not receive phone call. My K- Code 430999 . This is cheating . Please send money on my bank account as early as possible .
                              Still the problems are as they are,
                              In addition, our balance is currently blocked (for the last 1 month) from a malware attack,
                              Not really done right,
                              The only nasty answer is (soon everything will be alright),

                                I rajkishore prop of raj tele service/oriental insurance premium point from bhadrak odisha with my multilink k code 67548 that on telephonic conversion in month of june 2018 i paid to multilink for full service. But upto nov 2018 repeated call to multilink send me irctc dongle. But that not working in my system then repeated call they remote my system several times for several hours for which my own work hampered, then they said my system not support irctc dongle, i said that non of my 04 system faulty. Then for trial basis i request my friend his irctc dongle, it works fine. Then i contact customer care about this faulty dongle, they denied it and always every time not respond me, shows system busy.
                                On april 2019 i send that dongle to multilink by speed post, after one month call to customer care THAT they check it if fault occurs, then they send it to service provider and irctc send me that dongle. Till now no service from multilink.

                                  Hi fellow indians,

                                  I would like to bring it to your notice, a fraud company running under the name of multi link world services limited based in mumbai. (Website : http://www.multilinkworld.com/) they advertise heavily in newspapers and franchise magazine across different states stating some rewarding plans on ticket booking and hotel booking. But the problem starts once you invest the money with them. Before investing the amount multilink customer care would be very fine with you as if you are esteemed customer for the company. Once you give them money, moneky will take a turn, they are never on their words and never shall fulfill what they promises. Multilink committments are fake and never fulfilled. The unit and office persons are all un professional and speak butler english and speak non sense all the time. They do not answer any emails and do not send any documentation. They need money or charity to run their company and then they wont deliver. Just beware of such fraudulents.
                                  I have been facing problem with this company for past few months, profits are never paid and their committments are fake, total lies. I suggest that if you want to take headache and want to loose money then give the money to them.

                                  They are big liars who looks at their own profit not what their investors profit or things are.

                                    Totally fraud company i had paid one bill of tata power electricity of rs.1230/- on 19/12/2019 in morning 9.48 a. M. This transaction shows failed but they not refund my amount back in my portal.                                       I was in the process of booking the ticket on 10th october for 18/10/2019 from hyderabad - jhansi and it was showing available, but when i booked the ticket and took the printout it is showing under status pqwl. I tried calling multilink customer service many times but they are unresponsive and unprofessional. It is not only limited to irctc but other services of multilink are also same with huge errors.
                                      Also did domestic money transfer to one of the customers through neft on[protected] but still the amount has not been credited to the customer's account.
                                      When i am trying to pay the bills it is not getting processed despite i having sufficient amount in my portal.
                                      This concern i am facing since day one of the purchase of multilink with customer service and the services on the portal.

                                        Trying to book the tickets on irctc but it's not completing. Not showing error clearly. The amount of tickets are deducting from the panel, but it shows "not booked" in ticket history on irctc login. It's very much urgent & the availability situation is so bad. I mailed my complaint on their customer support id but yet no reply. Trying to contact.. No response. Horrible no assistance when needed.
