Multilink is a fraud company they just only sale their portal and don't provide any services even when i called to customer care their behavior also not good so please dont take any franchise from them they all are lier and cheater, i have make payment but they don't update it they want to eat the money.

SHE IS ASST BRANCH MANAGER WITHOUT ANY PROPER UNIFORM WEARING WEIRD DRESS AND COMING TO OFFICE TO CHEAT PEOPLE.

I paid franchise fee on 28.01.18 but services not activated yet specialy "irctc" service. Lot of time i asked them to create my user id & password but are lingering & not assured. Finally i decided to cancel my franchise & refund my fee. But they are not responding & not taking matter seriously. Company representative name preeti prajapati mobile no [protected] & company name mos utility pvt ltd (Multilinkworld). Now i am going to lodge fir against them.

Multilink कंपनी का मार्केटिंग अधिकारी सयैद मुस्तफा ने कंपनी की स्कीम का बताकर बताया कि अभी हमारी कंपनी फुल रिफंड का ऑफर दे रही है, यदि आप अभी multilink से जुड़ते है तो आपको आपका पैसा एक साल बाद वापस रिफंड होगा, रिफंड की सुचना आपको कंपनी से एक साल होने पर मिल जाएगी लेकिन एक साल होने के बाद भी कंपनी से कॉल आना तो दूर की बात है जब मै उन्हें इसके बारे में कॉल करता हूँ तो वो कॉल काट देते है, मुस्तफा से भी बात की लेकिन रिफंड का कहते ही उसने भी कॉल कट कर दिया मैंने ३-४ दूसरे फ़ोन से भी मुस्तफा को कॉल लगाया और जब मै उसको अपना नाम बताकर रिफंड के बारे में पूछता हूँ तो कॉल कट कर देता है और मोबाइल को स्विच ऑफ कर देता है इस तरह का रवैया अपनाना कंपनी और कर्मचारियों के लिए शर्म की बात है या हो सकता है कंपनी के पैसे कमाने का यह कोई तरीका हो, लेकिन multilink से जुड़ने वाले नये साथियों से मेरा कहना है की वो मुस्तफा की बातों में नहीं आये,

Multilink company marketing employee mustafa sayyed told that if you take id from multilink, you will have your registration charge after one year and you will be returned. Then i took the idle of recharge, railway and airline booking from multilink. But when i talk about it back to the company and mustafa after a year, they cut off the call and do not give any answer.
Please suggestion to me

First of all dont take agency from this company by mistake if you have taken dont keep your money in multilinks panel. Without your permission they will take money from you account and give # reasons. They will not refund that money as well.in the beginning they will charge small amount day by day each services they will charge extra money. From irctc each ticket u will get rs.20/- only but renewal charges and penalty charges etc. Etc. They will charge more. Pan card services is worst through multilink after 4 to 5 months aslo u will not receive ur pan card. Mobile recharge u will get 0.5% to max 1%. Pls pls pls dont never ever trust this company.

Wasted 6500rs in multilink for irctc and money transfer service... Auch a fraud company ever seened... Making customer fool...
Every time there is a power problem in customer service office..
No any action is taken on our query..
I would suggest to those who r going to invest in multilink don't ever invest single rupee in multilink...
The founder is also a blind person who don't think that what the # is going in his company...
Taking 10000rs of customer don't make you rich but one day whole multilink os going to pay for this...
And those who are working in multilink they talk to customer like they paid money to customer...

Please be informed that the multilink online services is cheater company & there are number of cases against the company in mumbai going on.
Your are advised to take all you're returns from the company and close your business agent ship from these fraud & cheater company or else your money will be duped by these fraudsters chirag shah & his brothers.

I booked one flight ticket (Up and down ticket) from bahrain to cochin (Refundable ticket). After that i cancelled only my return ticket (Inbound ticket) from cochin to bahrain on 5th of july (Multilink ticket reference no.: [protected]). But so far the ticket amount is not refunded to my pgi account. I made so many calls to them but they have not responded. Moreover i forwarded the same through their website but for that also they have not given any reply. Please find the attached file for your reference. So kindly make some arrangements to refund the amount as early as possible.

The company is fraud & Bogus.
They will take the money & not not give service as they promised.
Lots of cases are pending against Chirag Shah Director & the company Criminal/ Civil Cases.

For people who have been cheated will make consolidated combine case and close the company as early as possible.
Chirag Shah should be behind bars.
Doing Fraudulent Business and will run away with our hard earned money otherwise.

I have paid 6500rs for irctc and money transfer on 10/04/2017 and the sales agent told me i will get my online portal with in a week but its 27/06/2017 till now i have not got my portal. Calling many times to multilink helpline number no answer is given and they dont understand my problem.
Such a fraud company multilink...
6500rs is not more for me but i think it helped me to know what type of company this is and hence forth i will not add any money in my portal after coming of my portal also...

This is bring to your notice i have bought your product from Multi link one back My K code 37611, the worst service in the india its multilinkworld.in please guys if you want buy the product please dont make a mistake in the market we have better provider's anyways i have wasted the money on multilinkworld !
1)Poor Customer care staff doesn't know about the product and 0% resolution:- I think chirag and nikhil dosent know about this, they only concentration on money
2)Customer behaviour was horrible while the speak with vendor's: I think chirag and nikhil does not know about this, they only concentration on money
3)i have made transaction of 3000 in b2c recharge ( no accountability after we asking them) and no answer
4) they does not provide all the services after payment agreed amount ( i have paid 15000/-)
5)very bad backend support!!
6) ticket system is horrible i have never seen such support( every ticket will say we have forwared to concern dept and no one respond)
7) First they said there is no charges for B2c yearly renewal and suddenly they say you want pay the amount for renewal
in such way multilinkworld are cheating the people

Multilinkworld.com debited rs 7042 from my multilink b2b panel without my knowledge on 30/09/2016 10.07 pm. I never disclose password or k code with anyone. Multilink is not taking any responsibility regarding this matter. I have tried to call so many times mr satyendra giri ([protected]) but he didnt pick up the phone. They can refund my amount to my panel but they are not doing this. Everybody be careful to do business with multilinkworld.

Dear sir we have done a utility bill payment of amount rs.1500 (Fifteen hundred) of tatadocomo postpaid mob no. [protected] on date 3rd april 2016. From multilink pvt ltd

For the above transaction the order id generated is 71428912.

The amount is deducted from our balance but the payment is still pending.

We alredy gave comlaint against this isuue to multilink customer service but they are not taking any action else not refunding the amount to us.

The multilink company of mumbai had advertised for giving away mini sbi agencies and for this they started registration. i have registered and deposited the above said amount through check to multilink account and they told that the mini branch would be starting in a two months time, but unfortunately nothing happned, except the reciept of some papers from them, i have tried to contact them several times, they have replied in the early days, giving some or other reasons for the delay, now no answers at all, i am at a loss what to do, as the money i lost is hard earned money, if anybody can help me out, i would reward them suitably, thank you, vineethninan [protected]@gmai, com

I took franchise from last 4 month still i haven't get my IRCTC and YB service activated. Thats why i called senior level guy he said my problem wll resolve in next 10 to 15 days...Next day i got call from their side saying they want again my doc...n wll get activated in 10 days...Now again i got call for verification n they are sayong it wll take 45 to 60 days for IRCTC activation...i don't understand from last 4 month what are they doing...n nobody picking my phone... they are refunding my amount also I took service from Mr. Ali his contact number is [protected] Please do the needful Thanks

I would like to bring it to your notice, a fraud company running under the name of MULTI LINK WORLD SERVICES LIMITED based in MUMBAI. ( website : http://www.multilinkworld.com/ ) They advertise heavily in newspapers AND franchise Magazine across different states stating some rewarding plans on ticket booking and hotel booking. But the problem starts once you invest the money with them. Before investing the amount MULTILINK customer care would be very fine with you as if you are esteemed customer for the company. once you give them money, moneky will take a turn, they are never on their words and never shall FULFILL what They promises. MULTILINK committments are fake and never fulfilled. The unit and office persons are all un professional and speak BUTLER ENGLISH and speak NON SENSE all the time. They do not answer any emails and do not send any documentation. They need money or CHARITY to run their company and then they wont deliver. Just Beware of such FRAUDULENTS. I have been facing problem with this company for past few months, profits are never paid and their committments are fake, total lies. I suggest that if you want to take headache and want to loose money then give the money to them. They are big liars who looks at their own profit not what their investors profit or things are.

They taken rs.125000 from to give some services like(Airways Ticketing, Railway Ticketing, Recharge, Money Transfer). But in the name of service they are providing nothing. The peoples who are sitting as customer representative having no knowledge about the problems.They always reply that please give us 20 min, half an hour or an hour to resolve the problem.
