Mos Utility Pvt. Ltd. — regarding refund of cancelled rail ticket amount | |||||
Dear sir, after writing various emails to irctc from past 55 days my problem is still unsolved. i am an agent of irctc. Agency provided by me by mos utility pvt ltd. Mumbai (K code 426652). I have cancelled the tickets from mos utility pvt ltd. Portal. But we have not yet received cancelled ticket amount in our mos wallet. after contacting our principle agent they said that from irctc we did not get refund amount in our account till date 23/04/2020, so amount can not be credited in your wallet. sir other principal agents have already get refund in their bank account within the 10-15 days and also persons who have made tickets from personal id already get refund in their bank account within the 10-15 days, but we have still waiting for refund from past 35 days. My total amount is approx 24000/- presently problem is that after sending various mail, irctc is still not confirming that they have refunded amount in account of our principal agent mos utility pvt ltd. Mumbai. When we contact to our principal agent but they said the irctc has not refund amount in our bank account. Sir, please take necessary action and refund cancelled ticket amount as early as possible in mos account so mos can refund the amount in our panel.
