I started up with my new business as a travel agent (K code 435386) with the help of multilink world. Before taking the annual plan of rs.12, 000/- the sales manager ashish gupta and santosh gupta used to call me day and night and started begging to accept the above mentioned plan.
Finally i accepted the plan by paying rs.12, 000 cash and then the problem arised wherein in some situation the dmt services was stopped working then i used to call their customer service but there were no reply from their end. By god's grace they have started the dmt services in the recent days.
Now the main problem is all about the refund of irctc. From last 2 months i have been asking for the irctc refund status but there are no reply from their end. Finally i started calling the sales manager ashish gupta and santosh gupta, even they haven't received my call till date.
Now during lockdown situation, the customers constantly asking me for the refund amount although they got the refund messages from the irctc to the respective number.
My only question is why there is a huge delay from the multilink's end and what type of fraud work you people do.

Sir pls looks my problem i paid the monney in our company. still 15 aug 2019 . any one respond to me other wise my amount will refound to me . because we very cheet me . still 10 months .

Firstly this company is totally cheated with their customers... They don't provide any service in their portal... Company blocked my amount of rs.9896 and 2086 and blocked my account.. I call and mailed in the customer care but their is no response from that side...

as per multilink email i send the all details but till not receive the IRCTC refund amount. IVR not available any time.

Dear sir, we are irctc e ticket agent under multilink world company and since 12th march 2020 company has stopped giving refunds of railway ticket booked by us for customers. On 29th may 2020 they gave some amount of refund into the wallet account but they are still not sharing the refund details of pnr against which the refund is given. We are facing too many problems as we have to face all customers who has booked tickets with us. We daily get threats from them to give them refund back. Also no one from the company multilinkworld is receiving the calls or replying to the mails we are sending. This is very wrong attitude towards agents appointed by them in which they should atleast reply to inform the situation. Kindly help or else our lives will be under threat.

Violation of the promise of the multilink online service (Mos utility pvt ltd.)  by advertising on the internet, the company cheated many people. I trusted the company's promises. The company cheated on me. I have lost over rs 2 lakh so far.
I am a 55 year old indian. Is in financial difficulty. The company is the distributor for the purpose of income for the family.
My k-code is 59090. I'm currently a distributor. The company offered me several services. Accordingly, i paid rs 54, 000 tomultilink online service (Mos utility pvt ltd.). As distributor.
I had to spend rs 20, 000 again by advertising through newspapers, printing brochures and notices. the inquiry came from many people who saw the ad. But the company gave them the agency without telling me directly. A woman named kavita is leading these scams. She is the sales manager. i have complained to the company that the inquiries coming to me show that the lady named kavitha is making her own agent. But the company ignored my complaint. Instead the company was supporting kavitha.
Later, a man by the name of saravanan was introduced as the company's south supporter.
Saravanan has come up with a new scam. Saravanan forced me to become a master distributor to solve existing problems.
Due to financial difficulties, i was told that i could not deposit money.
I am a diabetic. At this time i was admitted to the hospital because of my diabetes.
This time, kavita and saravanan took out rs 20, 000 from my wallet without my permission. They misrepresented my staff and created a wrong record in my email through the teamviewer app. I was in the hospital a day after i found out about this.
Soon after, i emailed the company to md chirang shah, business head santosh gupta, customer care and asked to refund rs 20, 000 is taked my wallet without my permission.
But they did not listen to me. They have not yet returned my money.
In the meantime, 18 people have been agents under me. They are all deceived today. The agents have unnecessarily blocked the money of the agents who invested in the wallet to do business,
Railway booking, bbps the company was abruptly terminated. Many services are unavailable and no one responds to a complaint.
Agents were frustrated by service termination and wallet blocking. They tried to lodge a complaint with the police.
I paid them the agency fee out of my pocket and turned them off from the police case.. I also lost rs 78, 000 on this item.
Many people have not returned the money for canceled train tickets during the lockdown. If the complaint is sent there is no solution. Customer support does not work.
The company is still under scrutiny. Amazon online store agency is the new offering. The company is asking for rs 12, 000.
This fraud needs to be remedied. Many indians have fallen victim to the company. Many people like me lost money. An urgent intervention should be made to stop this fraud.

You have deposited an amount on the portal for partial refund from irctc. Users receive an sms when a refund is initiated through irctc. They come accordingly. How do i know what you paid for a particular pnr? If i don't know the refund amount for a particular pnr, on what basis do you expect me to return customers?
So please provide details of refund against each canceled pnr.

Many of the services offered are currently unavailable. You say you will be okay soon. But we’ve been hearing this for months. There is currently no train ticket booking service available. All this is a promise violation. How to fix it.
Now i need a different system for all these services.

Ivr number. No one answers. I have emailed her regarding this but have not received a proper response.

You will be told to riceticket on panel. There is no definitive answer when rice ticketed

Irctc booked not open

My kcode 39659, agency name is sai e services.
As you have deposited a amount in the portal as partial refund from irctc. As we all are aware that irctc never refunds any amount in partial. Its always full. Customers are getting sms when the refund is initiated by irctc. And they come accordingly. How should i know the amount that you have given for a particular pnr. And on what basis do u expect me to refund the customers when i myself dont know the refund amount for a particular pnr.
So kindly give details of the refund against each cancelled pnr.

As the ivr no. Is not answered by anyone. Also i have sent mail regarding the same but there is no proper response.

Please advice.

I haven't received the railway cancellation refund yet but irctc has refunded the amount, so why there is delay to refund the amount, i request you to kindly process for the refund as early as possible.

My amount has been blocked since past december 2019 and the customer representatives told that it will return soon but till now i have not received yet, my id: icmulnk11587 and k-code. 424890, kindly unblock my amount as possible. And also refund the railway ticket cancellation amount so that we can refund to the customers as irctc has been refunded.

22 march 2020 to 30 june 2020 all irctc ticket cancellation
Bur ek v refund nai mila, na koi mail reply, na koi phone pick,

Everytime he seized the money from his end and told virus has been attacked on server and cant get any irctc refund and all the agents will get his refund on his panel. Please coperate with this company and give us the resolution customer care and all the company is totally most downgraded company holding a company name multilink.
