Dear Sir/Ma'am, I just want to inform you that the milkman in our location doesn't talk property to his costumers . He verbally fights with the costumers on small issues . Just not me, Many our facing this problem in our location . Not just once, not just twice but this is happening frequently right now . Not just with one customer, but it happened with many of the costumers . I request you to pay attention to this complaint as it's very important for us . Thank you !

I bought 2 paneer packets from your dairy code no. 18827( Auhorised person Mr. Yogesh mobile no. [protected]) But first one was used that was stale and when i thought to use second one on another day it was unusual fermented type. i thought there was fungus. Tried to contact your dairy. but they denied any resolution. Even i return that product. but they kept that. not even listening to the complaint.

For the last few days, I am buying milk packets with manufacturing dates in advance. Packets available in the market have manufacturing dates varying from the last few days to a day or so ahead. Today I bought a milk packet that has a manufacturing date of tomorrow. I would like to know why such blunders are happening in the system of a well-reputed nationwide serving company. Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase of mother dairy full cream milk. I am a resident of Noida Sector-56, we have been using mother dairy products from so long from Booth No. 816. Being a regular customer we always look for for a good quality products. From past few(4-5) days we are finding that there is no cream (malai) formed on full cream milk. We have even complaint this to the booth vendor but he didn't take it seriously.

I think this matter deserve your urgent attention. I look forward for your reply and resolution to my problem.

Sir we are buying your product from past 40 years.. This is the first time we are facing issues that in summer there is no malai formed in milk...

It happened to me 3 times till now, the salesperson/seller at Mother Dairy Surajmal Vihar 110092 Booth regularly tries to cheat consumers (He hopes that people don't notice). 3 times he charged me extra 10 - 20 rupees per sales & he wanted to me to not notice it. But I caught him & this is not only me but even my brother also noticed it with this guy

I am a regular and a delighted consumer of Safal goods for quite some time now.
The person handling the safal store at Paschim Vihar(east metro station) that I am ordering has been compromising with the trust of all the customers that have faith in the legacy of the brand Safal.

He is charging more than the MRP and is refusing to give the bill for that inflated prices.

Whenever I am forcing him to give the bill, he has the audacity to strike off the price and justify the bill with a hand-written price.

We all the done with such fraudulent practices going and will not let this continue.

Either take an action or you will find complaints turning into legal escalations.

I am a senior citizen, resident of C-174 Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi-110017 from last more than 40 years. I used to purchase the fruit and vegetable from Mother Dairy outlet, situated at DDA Market, Sarvodaya Enclave. The New contractor allotted this outlet is a group of 4/5 family members who used to misbehave with various customers. In the morning hours they used to make home delivery to their favorite residents leaving one counter. They never write the rates of items displayed for sale.
Today when I asked them why don, t they write the rates, all of them started misbehaving with me and started shouting. They told me to file the complaint to any one, they are not scared. They said they have enough outlets for business. And they also told that they will write rates only after 8 AM. Their language was bad and n senior citizen can bear that.
Please take necessary action on the above complaint immediately.

Hello!Iam your regular customer.Today(23/6/21) I have taken milk packets and one of it is leaking out, then I asked the out let person to exchange but their behaviour is very rude, which should not talk with a customer.And also gave word's back to me.This is not right with a customer.So, I want to know you this condition their.

As everyday today ( 21-June-2021) i went to mother dairy to buy milk. I bring milk to my home and when i heat up milk it got cracked. I didn't mind as everyone make mistakes so, i goes again to get new one as i took 60 Rupees in it. Owner of mother dairy admitted his mistake and said "i am 7th costumer who's report of cracked milk" and then he gave me new couple of milk packets. Again i bring it to my home and heat up and again it got cracked. That was so disappointed .My 60 Rupees got wasted. I thought may be electricity got cut in day and may be the owner of mother dairy had forgot to turn on the geezer (A device who's give cooling to products to preserve) who's got turn off while electricity was gone. I want to change the owner of mother dairy and take strict action against that. Thanks for help.

I would like to inform you that mother diary booth no-573 situated at dda market sec-13 rohini delhi is adultrting the milk by mixing water or some other soluble compound in the milk. As a regular vendor of moter diary milk since last 35 years i have not seen such a poor quality of milk provided by the booth.
Request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and asap as the vendor is playing with the health of all o[censored]s during this pandamic time.

The milk I bought on 13th May is tasting really bad. It smells horrible.
I have all doubts that it is artificial milk being distributed through mother dairy packets.
I still have one packet frozen in the refrigerator for verification and cross checking
This is serious matter
Please look into the matter around AIIMS.

I purchased 4 kg of Mother Dairy cow milk from Bali Nagar Mother Dairy booth (New Delhi -110015) on 13 June evening. All the milk got split (cracked, spoiled) when boiled after bringing it home.

It is requested that appropriate action be taken and ₹ 188 be refunded to me....

I purchase 1lt full cream, 2lt cow milk and 3lt toned milk on 12-Jun-2021 and on 13th 3lt toned milk curdle one after another after boiling separately in 3 different utensils after proper cleaning.

Milk was purchased from Mother Dairy booth placed at Block-B, Preet Vihar Mkt., Delhi - 110092.

Pl take check on this and pl replace 3Lt Toned Milk against my loss as per complaint.

Mother dairy outlet -15614, Ambica Vihar in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi is selling products of different brands like Harvest, Britannia etc including grocery items like besan, suji, pulses, eggs etc. A telephonic complaint has been made on the mother dairy call centre ( Complaint No[protected] but no inspection has been done yet. The concerned shopkeeper is spoiling the business of other shopkeepers in an unauthorised way. Earlier also complaint was made then after inspection he hided the things and started home delivery but now he is selling everything in open. I have attached pictures hereunder for your due consideration.

I m a resident of khirki Extension Malviya Nagar New Delhi and also i m a shop owner of Malviya nagar . I wanted to complain that from last 2 weeks the milk we are is not of appropriate quality. Everyday 10 to 20 litres of Milk is getting denatured (dudh fat rha hai) And its not only for me Its for every store owner and customers who are buying milk in our area. We have complained to your salesman and distributers so many times but they dont take it seriously and dont even listen to us. If you dont take a quick action then We all will have to go to Consume court .
I request you to take a quick action on this matter.

I have been using mother dairy full cream and cow milk for many years. I am living in pocket 2 sector 34 Rohini Delhi. For last 10 days quality of full cream milk is very low it is like toned milk. I purchase milk from nafed pocket 1. I trust mother dairy so I request you to look into this matter urgently.

My complaint is regarding the milk I baught the 2ltr milk from your booth no 329 patel nagar (near Lal Mandir ) as on date 11-06-21 around 8 o clock night but when i heated early morning milk was bursts I don't know why it's happening.
Pls look in to this matter and revert.

At Mother Dairy Safal Booth No. 150 located in Nasirpur, Sector 1-A, Dwarka, New Delhi 110045, the vendor is not issuing bills against the purchase of vegetables. He is giving an excuse that Mother Dairy is not getting the 'Bill Printing Machine' repaired.
Kindly look into the matter.
