The vendor of the booth no. 823 is very rude and is a fraud as I was buying milk and he told me that he does not have any change and he will not be able to give me milk when I insisted to give me milk he started abusing me. I have known this man as he fights a lot with people so I told him to keep the money and I will take the change later or will buy something else so he kept the money. The next day when I went to take the change he said that he doesn't know about any money what so ever and started to threaten me again so I went from there without saying anything else.

As the onion prices are soaring these days, the mother dairy booth Operator # 81053 ( Greater Kailash part 2) is black marketing the onions to the roadside hawkers and putting a Out-Of-Stock board for the local residents . On being confronted he simply refuses and says that Onion is not coming from the main branch. Please look into the matter and stop this fraud which is happening in broad day light.

Its been 3rd time wen safal shopkeeper at hari nagar is denied to give onions..its not written dat customer has to buy other things as well only onions cant b provided..this guy is very rude and always fight.it is not acceptable and we r not bagger we r paying

I have purchased Paneer from Mother Dairy Booth No. 331 on 05/10/2020 and use same on 09/10/2020 but found Paneer defected. I have lodge complaint on 10/10/2020 your toll free no vide complaint no is 1089648. I have receive call of Anshul Gupta Area Incharge on 10/10/2020 from mobile No. [protected] regarding this and say that product has been not refunded.

Today i visited aminabad rajasthali dda market opposite metro pillar no 365. There I saw the previous owner of safal mother diary booth no. 549 had illegally selling diary products after the takeover of the booth by the competent authority on the front gate of the booth.
Please take the necessary action at the earliest and oblige.

2 days back i brought a pack of rasmalai from mother dairy near my home, it was sour in taste, i informed the retailer he asked me to complaint and gave me a new pack. I consumed 2 pieces of the sour rasmalai, i am worried if it can cause any potential health problem. I tried mailing you but i got a revert to contact directly, that's when i tried calling your executive and no one answered. As a consumer i have some rights and as a producer you have duty of care towards all your customers. No one replied or called me back, is this how you treat your customers? What should i do now?

The Mother Diary Chach has become poisonous before the expiry date, lt has become Acid three days before expiry which is highly deplorable. Is mother diary playing with the life of the people? Is there any quality control of Mother Diary? This is highly disgusting and we all the consumers should ban Mottler product’s .

This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased 8 milk packets dated 6th september yesterday (7th september) which were completely spoiled. There were individual packets of half litre each. (Total 4 litres)

Every time after we transferred the packet into a new vessel and started heating it, it started becoming sour. This is 3rd time we are facing such issue with your product.
We are a regular consumer of mother dairy milk product and hence would like to bring this to your notice.

I had mother dairy cow’s milk delivered from bigbasket daily today. It’s tasting as if kerosene has been mixed with it. My 3 year old already drank it.

Today purchase milk and use by date 06.09.2020 but when i open it, it's very bed condition.

Sir since 1 month daily i was purchasing 500 ml of milk fir the mother dairy vendor in Ber Sarai, New Delhi, 110016. Today when i went for the same the vendor had supplied me only 250 ml of milk instead of 500 ml and took the money for 500ml. When i asked him why he had done so, he just replied that i had given 500ml now i don't know why it is less. And when i asked him to refund my money, he start abusing me and had telling me that he will beat me. I am very much unsatisfied with his behavior. Please take appropriate action against the vendor

The man in mother he is usinv abusing langauage with me in noida sector 22 block c mother dairy and he has not giving me any product to me and he is saying that first complain to mother dairy customer care and he is also taking milk, ice cream and dairy product from outside of mother dairy labelled product

Sir, i purchased 1 litre mother dairy toned milk on 29th of august 2020 from mother dairy booth located at chawla stand, najafgarh. There is so strong smell of kerosene in it.
My younger brother had nausea after drinking it. Later when we used it then we got to know about the mixing. Is there some kind of adulteration or the quality is not upto mark. Please check it and refund the amount...

Everyday Mother Dairy Cow milk is curding while boiling. We have tried from Sector-48 and Sector-100 booths of Mother Dairy but results are same. Cow's milk is not good for even 12 hrs. Ad per the booth person milk should be good for 24 hrs and he refused to help us or clarify bad quality of milk.

Also I can see many complaints of milk getting curd in noida. There is some scam going on in the mother dairy noida.

I reji kumar has been purchased 6 kg milk from radha milk/paneer store from sector 01 pushpvihar, saket, new delhi on 21 august 2020. On second day i. E 23 auigsut 2020, while boiling of milk for making dye, thee kg (3) milk was broken (Fatgaya), copy of the same attached for ready reference.

Therefore, kindly given the cost of milk or inplace of milk may be provided by the radha milk/paneer store at the earliest.

That on 22.08.2020 the complainant bought two fruit yoghurt mango from mother dairy booth no. 521, situated at tagore park, delhi-110009.

The manufacturing date on the pack is 10.08.2020 and date o[censored]se best before 25.08.2020.

That the packs were kept in the refrigerator, however by today morning i. E. 23.08.2020 the pack was swollen up and within 5 minutes it busted / cracked open from the bottom and the material started leaking out (Photographs enclosed). The pack will be kept by me for two days i. E. Till 25.08.2020, which can be returned to the booth operator after a valid receipt, subject to your reply and instructions.

The complainant visited the booth no. 521 and explained the booth operator, who disclosed his name as kapoor (Photo enclosed), however he instead of listening to the complaint and resolving the same started arguing and misbehaving with the complainant by saying that at the time of selling it was in good condition and thereafter the booth has no liability/responsibility, either to return and/or replace the sold product.

It is further submitted that although i have full confidence and belief that the present complaint will not be entertained and will go unheard, but still, i, being a customer deserve some right of being heard.

Moreover it's not a matter of rs. 30/- but the service and behaviour we get and such misbehaviour is intolerable and unacceptable.

It's a routine on this booth that the operators do not respond properly to the query of the customers and they often misbehave/respond in ill mannered way.

It's my humble submission, to maintain the dignity of your company, you must keep a complaint register in each booth, check the stock validity and further randomly inspect the behaviour of the booth operators, else it will ruin your goodwill, repute and trust of the customers.

You may ignore this at your wisdom.

This particular mother diary vegetable booth is having two machines. But he operates only one machine even in the morning rush hours. Today I had a similar experience at 7:30 when one machine is functioning for the public and other machine was functional with a man in counter. When I asked about why he is not doing for public, his answer was it is being tested. When the timing is 6 onward what was he doing? Clearly visible from outside that he was weighing for some unknown ?Has the mother diary started home delivery?
Today it was raining badly and all o[censored]s need to go to office in this pandemic despite this fact, this man was busy in catering to invisible customers than who was in Queue. When I asked he insted of starting from both machines, the reply was testing. You need to rectify this urgent basis as this sector is very huge and this man very often does this .

Yesterday ie 16.08.20 I bought 6 packets of mother dairy flavored milk from the Mother Dairy booth at the Peepal Apartments, Sector
17, pocket E, Dwarka, New Delhi society dairy booth. Today morning when I opened one of the packet it gave foul smell and was not in good condition.

When I checked the date of manufacture
I found that all packets had the date printed as 17/07/20

How could the seller at booth sell me 30 days expired milk ! Out of 6 packets i bought my family consumed 2 packets.

When I brought this matter to to his notice he shockingly said that it's not his responsibility or fault in this matter whatsoever and that
I need to complain about this myself but he doesn't have any such obligation to complaint about it himself as his supplier sends him milk over which he has no say or control !

My whole family including my kids consume the mother dairy milk every day but now my trust on mother dairy has been shaken badly.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and rectify this issue on priority.

It has been observed that mother dairy booth 665 token vending machine
Becomes un functional during power failure.
Result of that during long power milk quality in stored milk in booth becomes in hygienic. Most of the time morning milk becomes curd during
Boiling. This has been intimated to booth vendor. He is helpless to get replaced the battery from mother dairy.
