Sir,

Today I, Sunil Kumar R/o RZO-12, Nanda Block, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-110045 and I have purchased 1.5 litre milk from a shop near my house. Shop owner name is Mr. Ankit and the shop situated at T-Block Nanda Block, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-110045.

The above said milk was curdled (फट गया) when I cooked up the milk on LPG Gas.

Hence, you are requested to look/investigation into the matter and take necessary action in this matter.

And also requested to get my refunded amount which becomes to Rs.99/- for one and half litre.

I bought classic Dahi on 6/9/23 use by 11 Sep 23 from mother dairy booth no- 781 at Vasundhra Enclave, Delhi -110096 and Dahi is bad and completely watery.
Please note that It is not good for consume as dahi is not thick form.
We request you to take appropriate step and my compensation so that this kind of complaint not come in future.

The mother dairy booth seller first sells the brick ice-cream with the buy one get one free offer. He sells me just one brick and then charges me 5 rupees over the MRP. Booth number 225 in Malcha Marg, Delhi

U bought a packet of cow milk (1L) from Haryana Dairy firm and co. (Rohini sector 16, F5). On heating, the milk spoilt. The shopkeeper asked to file a complaint regarding this. Expiry Date on the package is 20 AUG, 2023.

I brought milk from Mother Dairy Booth Number 141. I was warming up the 3 Lite Cow Milk to consume it and suddenly it turned into curd.
Need your intervention to resolve this issue. Please find attached pictures for your reference....

I was drinking bottle cold coffee of mother dairy. In my last sip there was something that came with coffee in my mouth and hurt my tongue. I immediately realised that it was piece of broken glass and got it out of my mouth. Later when observed, i found that the bottle was broken from inside due to which there were particles of glass inside the coffee. I am sure, by mistake I have consumed some glass.
I am thinking of sending mother dairy a legal notice for the same.

I went there for buying some regular dairy product. the worker there gave
me the item. I paid and asked for the change, then he gave the coin that was not acceptable. when I asked him to replace it. he started misbehaving with
me. Some details are below;

Is it of B or C grade quality being supplied at A grade rates ?
or is it the Staff at Booth are wrongly requisitioning ?

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred at your Mother Dairy Booth No. 70, located in Saket. On July 26, 2023, I purchased two packets of milk from the said booth, and to my dismay, both packets had already expired on July 23, 2023.

Realizing this, I promptly returned to Mother Dairy Booth No. 70 with one of the expired packets, intending to exchange it and bring the matter to the staff's attention. However, what followed was deeply troubling. Upon presenting the expired packet and explaining the situation, I faced harassment and humiliation from the staff present at the booth.

Instead of addressing my genuine concern, the staff denied that I had made the purchase from their booth and went on to subject me to abusive language and threats. This behavior was both shocking and unacceptable, leaving me feeling humiliated and victimized for merely seeking a resolution to an issue that I encountered as a customer.

I want to emphasize that both the packets of milk had clear expiry dates, and I took one for exchange to demonstrate the issue I faced. The receipt I possess further confirms my purchase from Mother Dairy Booth No. 70 on July 26, 2023.

In light of this unfortunate incident, I urgently request the following actions:

Conduct a thorough investigation into the behavior of the staff at Mother Dairy Booth No. 70, Saket, on July 26, 2023.
Provide a formal apology for the distress, harassment, and humiliation I experienced during my visit to the booth.
Replace both expired packets of milk with fresh ones or arrange for a full refund of the purchase amount.
Implement measures to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future, including comprehensive customer service training for your staff.
Reassure me that as a customer, I can expect a safe and respectful environment when dealing with any Mother Dairy outlet.
I must stress that the treatment I received at Mother Dairy Booth No. 70 has left me deeply disillusioned with the brand. As a longstanding customer who has always trusted in the quality and reliability of Mother Dairy products, this experience has shaken my confidence.

If appropriate action is not taken promptly and satisfactorily, I regrettably inform you that I will have no choice but to take legal action to protect my consumer rights. Furthermore, I feel obligated to share my unfortunate encounter on various social media platforms, including Twitter, to raise awareness about the issue.

I sincerely hope that Mother Dairy takes this matter seriously and addresses it with the urgency and gravity it deserves. I look forward to receiving a response within the next 5 business days, containing your proposed resolution to this unfortunate incident.

I have raised a complaint against milk curdled before it's expire date and the complaint no. is 2207953 dated on[protected]. But today is[protected] and the issue is not resolved and over the mail also didn't get any response 😕. As per my feedback Mother dairy customer care and mail service not provide any solution.

This happened twice in a week that we got taste of plastic while drinking plain blue n white pack chach.

My 1 Ltr mother dairy milk destroy after boiling it's while it was with in validity date.

The shopkeeper had not check the amount he received from the customer even he is not ready to gave the change as he said no change is available.

I had paid him in cash but later on when I asked for return amount he said no such amount is given by me and did a lot of argument on this then later on I had to pay more amount for the purchase then only I get the product

I request you to look into the matter soon.

Today we boiled milk and used lemon to turn into paneer but nothing happened. We used the dahi also but milt changed color to pale.
Request to check if fraudster not mixing spurious milk packets for home delivery.

I have purchased 1 ltr toned milk of Rs. 54 from Mother dairy booth no 135 but when i open the packet i have seen that milk is already get torn then i rushed to booth for replacement or refund but they denied telling to complain in company.

Request to please look into matter.

The quality of milk products are so bad that it's affecting my health. They are blackining the date so that they can use expired products. The quality is so bad that the cream is made up of plastic like thing and turns yellow. I have never seen such type of cream ever. Please stop them from using such malpractices specially as they affect human health.
