Hii sir/madam there is a milk dairy in our colony. And i heard about the programme in which dairies are not allowed to run in residential areas. But how thid dairy is not shifting to other place. Due to this dairy we have to face many problems like, mosquitoes, dirtyness, the workers wirking in it everytime use abusive language, which disturbs children too. They don't keep it clean. Earlier they said thi dairy is shifting to somewhere else. But now again they are saying its not shifting. Many of our colony members have complained about this dairy. But there's no solution. They have approx 50-60 buffaloes and 2-3 cows. They put their waste in front and opened in truck, which smells alot and due to this waste, there is large amount of mosquitoes. Each and every street member is facing issues due to this dairy. When someone approaches them to please clean the surface of outside the dairy the rudely refuses. That we have done and we can' t do it again.
Please help us by providing solution.

Today i use my mother dairy card to pay 153/-. But deduction was 253/-. My card no.[protected]. My mob. No. [protected]. Please let me know what i do. Please provide statement of my mother dairy card on my email of this month only.

It is possible to give me email id for further statement request. I don't know how to get my mother dairy card statement.

Dear mother dairy,
Today, i have visited to buy milk from booth no.235. I am resident of sector 4 diz area gole market new delhi 110001 and the booth is also situated in the same locality. I have given one hundred rupee note to the employee of the booth to which he denied to take it. When i oppose of the same he started behaving rudely and said i will not give you milk go to some other shop to buy. I am a regular customer of mother dairy since last 40 years. He denied to take the note because the note was slightly cracked but the note was not mutilated. He was very rude to me and said "ja jo kar sakta hai karle mein nahi leta ye note aur mujhe nahi pata koi kanoon is tarah ka. Mein nahi deta tujhe doodh" and he added flithy language for my profession. He said"apni vakalat apne ghar par rakh yaha mat dhikha". It is something which is intolerable and not acceptable at all. I am requesting mother dairy to take strict action against him and his owner. I ahve attached the photo of the note

I would like to take attention of your management on behaviour of your dealer in mother dairy booth number 615.
In mother dairy booth no. 615 most of the times (Regularly from the last 15 days) token milk is not available even at 5.30 pm. if ask question; why token milk is not available always same answer by the agent that someone purchased huge amount of milk (80 litters).
It is also ridiculous every day he sold huge amount of token milk to a single person (80 litters).
One more thing; is it permissible to sell 80 litters of token milk to a single customer every day?
It is clearly black marketing of token milk by him.

(I) it is not known whether he will not indent/requisition token milk or as commission is less in the sale of token milk, milk supply is not obtained
(Ii) each and every time, he gives milk by measuring it from inside and it is suspected that the milk is adulterated / diluted with water
(Iii) it has become a regular feature that token milk is not available and we are forced to purchase packets by paying higher price
You are therefore requested to take immediate remedial measures to ensure uninterrupted supply of token milk. This complaint may please be taken seriously as it deserves and act at once and restore the shattered confidence in mother dairy.

My SBI mother dairy smartexchange card broke. the mother dairy booth number 112 told me that it is no longer functional. hence i called the 1800 number on the back of the card and asked the executive of the call centre to transfer the amout from the broken card to the new card to which he told me that it is ot possible. this is day time robbery by SBI / MOTHER DAIRY.

The milk serving at booth no 756 kalyan puri is extremely low quality. It is mixture of both water and milk but high percentage of water. It only last for few hrs i[censored] keep in fridge also. And the staff here is not supportive they always ask to take or leave and i am writing this on behalf of every member of my locality..
I request to team plz change the staff here and do improve the quality of milk because when we try milk of another booth the quality is much better than here.
This is serious concern plz take a strict action against them.

I bought mother dairy ultimate dahi on november 11, 2019 and while i was unpacking the cup i ook two spoons of dahi in a bowl... While i was heading towards adding another spoon to my bowl i saw adulterated black coloured substances in the dahi. When i went deeper inside to see if there is more to it... I could see more smaller and medium sized black coloured substances in it. The sunstances were dissolving very easily. It is very shocking to see that no proper care is taken while processing the food products. Such adulterated food contamination can lead to severe health issues.
You should keep the customers health as the first priority... And proper hygiene and no adulteration should be you motto.
It is very disheartening to see that a brand that we have been trusting is losing a trust of its customers by putting their health at the least priority.

We brought a mother dairy tadka chaach today (2nd november). During the unpackaging of packet, the chaach suddenly stoppend coming out of the packet and a white coloured tight material was stucked inside. When we took it outside, it was looking like a plastic substance. We tried to wash it out and it was not getting dissolve into the water. I think it is adulterated chaach from mother dairy. I had paid 22 rupees to your dealer but he fail to deliver me the milk. Reason he mentioned was that i was not in queue, but when i arrive there was no such queue. Kindly take proper action against him

The quality of milk supplied at mother dairy booth number 718 is extremely low.
The quality of token milk provided is really disappointing.. Kindly check into the matter and do the needful.
From last one and half month we are getting very poot quality of milk taken by tokens from booth number 718. Before it (2 months back) the quality of said milk was very good.
The reason may plz be known as to whether the quality of milk has been degraded by mother dairy or there is any adulteration or mixing by the booth owner or the supplier..

In mother dairy shop no.18840 (Sector-61, noida) most of the times token milk is not available.
(I) it is not known whether he will not indent/requisition token milk or as commission is less in the sale of token milk, milk supply is not obtained

(Iii) it is stated that the machine is out of order and how far it is correct is not known. If any glitch / snag is there why he is not getting the machine rectified.
(Iv) it has become a regular feature that token milk is not available and we are forced to purchase packets by paying higher price

दूध खुला हुआ ₹40 प्रति लीटर बेचा जा रहा है शिकायत करने पर उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे यहां पर नहीं है वह सिर्फ दिल्ली में है बताइए क्या किया जाए जबकि यह अखबार में न्यूज़ पेपर में और सब जगह बताया गया है कि मदर डेयरी ने अपने खुले दूध के दाम ₹4 प्रति लीटर घटा दिए हैं इतने पर भी नोएडा सेक्टर 47 मदर डेयरी बूथ में पुराना रेट लिया जा रहा है चारों में इसी तरह की छूट नहीं दी जा रही है जो कि सर्वथा गलत है गैरकानूनी है कृपया इस पर संज्ञान लें धन्यवाद

We had carried out and rwa activation for the said company via their marketing agency tribes communication private limited last year.
A payment of approx 1 lac was due, but only 25000 has been cleared after one year.
Despite over 200 followups there is no response, no one picks up the phone and the start verbally abusing us.

This is to you that i am a person from locality bhogal, in our locality we have a only booth of mother dairy (Booth no:-56), the owner of the booth don't have knowledge how to talk with people and he also abuses the customer after the have taken the product and in evening the start drink alcohol in huge amount and which causes drama in our locality.
I have a very simple request that please change the partially owner of the booth no 56, i will be really thankful if you make a good decision.

I am citizen of pul pehlad pur area, mother booth no. 18007 comes under our area. The person who is selling vegetable there, does allow to buy cheap veges to only those customer who he knows very well. However if a new or not regular customer comes to buy cheap vege, he argue and does not allow to him to buy. And he has now put a notice board stating the condition to buy cheap vege. Please look into it.

Dear sir,
I want to inform you that mother dairy booth no. 613 (Janakpuri) operator (Koushlendra singh) is not available on booth no. -613, time between 7:00am to 12:00pm. Only your helper (Raj) is available on booth whole day. I think your operator (Koushlendra singh) is doing two job. How it is possible that one person is working two companies in same time, this is fraud. U can track between 7:00am to 12:00pm. It's daily ruteen that helper is not available on booth in morning, plz check carefully and take action.

I’m pursuing my btech in food technology and have visited industries as well i know the guidelines and rules related to industry.
The person selling products in mother dairy near my locality that is near polic colony, south ex -2 near gate no:9. He is a fraud he makes extra money. He sells the products in higher rate than the mrp given on it! Though the differences are just of 5-10 rs but it’s a fraud thing and against the guidelines and rules so iam tottaly against it.
Please do something related to this.

1litre cow milk bought from mother dairy booth no.645paschim. Vihar new delhi found to be sour on opening the pouch within 15 minutes of purchase this had happened third time within a month.
I have sent the same for laboratory test and will file for penal action as this is happening quite frequently. The concerned authority please look into this matter and resolve the problem at the earliest.

Second time in one week, 1litre tonned milk bought from mother dairy booth no.15812 greater noida is broken immediately while boiling within 15 minutes of purchase. On opening the packet, acidic bitter smell was coming out. This is second time happening with me. I thing something is wrong with this booth. The concerned authority please look into this matter and resolve the problem at the earliest.

We found a peanut skin in the packed butter milk we purchased earlier today around 01:30 pm.
Bar code read as follows:[protected]. The half broken peanut skin was floating inside the pack upon opening of the seal of the same. This happened on 5th of september 2019 and was purchased from t zen (Amul centre) located in tidel park 1st floor - chennai.

I give the resolution part to be taken by the company and also request you to take due care on the products manufactured by you in the future.
