This is to report against all the General Merchant Shops in Old Darya Ganj area (Delhi 110002 and 110006) namely Tiraha Beram Khan, Kalan Mahal, Chandni Mahal, Turkman Gate, Chitli Qabar, Suiwalan, they are charging Rupee 1/- and Rs.2/- extra on MRP for every 500 ML and 1 L milk respectively and Rs.2/- for 100grams butter on the name of electricity consumption of refrigerators. Further they dont provide any invoice and fight with customers if we resist to pay extra charge.
Thus it is requested to do a field survey anonymously and lodge FIR against all of them.

Noida sector 82 opposite kendriya vihar yaha par koi new person aye hai mai last 2 days say milk lene ja raha tha or yaha par subha say lekar eveving tak sharabh pite hai log or jo owner hai vo bhi or vo kal to sharabh pikar batamizi kar raha tha khub I don’t know agar aisi mother dairy hai to mai to abh twitter karke yogi sarkar ko btaunga ki mother dairy pay yeh sabh ho raha hai hamre bacho pay kya asar padega ki ek government milk shop pay hum milk lene jae ya vaha logo ki batmizi dekhe ap khud dkheio evening mei jakr car khadi hoti hai bahut ladke daru pite hai owner bhi sab very bad experience in mother dairy

Very frequently the the owner of this shop gives token milk from inside the store by choice instead of outlet machine even the time machine is working, therefore the quality of the milk is doubtful.
I request you to kindly check the quality of the milk very frequently.
The owner of this booth has maintain the unauthorized space in front of booth for selling other company products like bread, eggs, biscuits, maggi, rusk etc....

Dear Sir,

I want make complaint against the person Ujjwal Kumar, owner of Mother Dairy Booth 15197, Dwarka Pocket 1, Sector 1, New Delhi.

He falsely overcharged money for milk and other things and now he is denying to return or adjust with some other things.

We sometimes buy things on credit of 2-3 days and then we make the payment whenever I visit his booth.

On 26th morning I cleared all his dues till 26th April.
On 26th April we bought Matar Paneer of Rs.225.
On 27th evening we bought half kg milk for Rs.24.
Total will be Rs.249.
On 28th morning I went to his booth to clear the balance and he said your balance is Rs.456, I didn't check his register since we Trust on him and also I was getting late for the office on that day.
He charged extra Rs.207 and also not adjusting Rs.14 which was due with him, so total amount with him is Rs.221.

Next day after doing my calculations, I visited him and told him that he overcharged, but he refused to pay and adjust with other things and ready to fight.

I also asked him to check his CCTV footage for those 3 days - 26 evening, 27 morning and 28 morning...but he said he he will not check since he is right and ready to fight again.

I also request him to show the CCTV footage, and if it might be our mistake then there will be no issue but he is not showing any kind of proof in reference of why he charged extra amount from me, and continuously saying that he is correct and I am wrong.

I have no time and energy to fight with him for this cheating so I request you to guide me in this regard.

Due parking issue the mother dairy booth no 357 employee misbehave and abuse the female

Panner taste quality is very bad not equal to eat.
I have purchase 02 pkt 200 g panner of mother dairy shop on 29/05/23
Mfg date is 23/04/23
Ex. Date is 08/05/23
Paneer taste is salted & very bad .
Its not for eating.
Please resolve issue.

Hi, I bought an ice cream from mother dairy booth from INA market. He gave us broken ice cream cone and when we tried to change the ice cream he said that we will not take it back as it is a wastage and we have to take it.

This is the common sense that open packaging can lead to health issue, then who will take the responsibility.

I want you to take necessary actions to avoid any issues in future.

Kindly resolve this issue on priority basis otherwise strict actions will be taken from my end.

The milk booth operator at sector 36 noida has the following issues:

Difficulty in buying products as the booth operator neither has change nor paytm nor google pay etc

So he out rightly refuses money like hundred or fifty rupee note asking for the exact change otherwise no milk no curd nothing

Customers feel very helpless at thi D and results in a big crowd at the booth for change or chiller.

Please resolve this issue.

I took 500 grams of classic curd from my nearest mother dairy booth yesterday and had a misty curd but the curd was very stale or sour or tasteless and when I told the shopkeeper he told me that it is not my fault it is of mother dairy, I Can't do anything, go and complain online. I bought this Dahi yesterday from my nearby shop and the packet shows use by date of today, 22/3/2023. When I opened the packet today for eating this Dahi, I found some green plastic-type material and when I cleaned it, it seems like some algae. Is this their quality?

Mother Dairy is a big brand, in dairy products and when I see this from them, I feel like which brand I should trust on???? Please help me on this.

I bought 3L of full cream milk from mother dairy booth no 717 in the morning of March 17th 2023. One costomer was already talking about the foul smelling milk he bought a day before. I purchased 3L of milk and found the same problem with 2 packet of milk and didn't open the 3rd one. Please assist me.

Since new vender were assigned to kailash nagar booth no.720, They are so rude and show arrogance, No respect for ladies, And if someone says, they says don't take milk from here and do what you want to do, If you want to complaint do it, we are not afraid..
Please change these new vendors as early as possible and take strict actions against these new vendors ..

The incharge of the safar vegetable shop near pvr anupam saket has very rube behavior.

1.he will continue to do some work of arranging stuff in shop and make you stand for 20 minutes inspite of being in operating time. At 7 am in morning.

2. He will make rude and unnecessary demeaning smart remarks. " basket le lo itna bada kam to nahi hai"

His behavior is very arrogant and he feels that he is above all. And people coming to his shop are in need and can be treated in any way he wants.

I am stopping going to his shop now

I hope mother dairy, safal, take some action on this.

I am a re seller of mother dairy. I am re selling of mother dairy milk only. But the delivery person was delivered extra curd every time in my shop curd was not sellout so curd was expired. When I talk about this to the vendor he told me if you want to sell milk then you have to sell our curd also. Otherwise he couldnot give me milk to sell.
My question is that is this condition is applicable or not? Please give me solution regarding that.

Today 08/03/2023 holi festival evening milk not supply in noida sector 47 milk shop no 18803 very difficulty face family members Shop keeper asked not supply today for evening milk, and shop is closed & safal is closed

Dear mother dairy I was start selling milk of your company from last 2 years but unfortunately last 2 weeks the vendor who supply in my area deliver extra milk rather than my order. Every day he deliver one or two tray extra milk. But I am not able to sell out and waste milk. But told him many times to not to give extra milk rather than my order but he said if not take extra I will not give your order. I request you to please take strict action against this I have small shop 5 tray milk is enough for me. They are not deliver my order today they told me I am not give you milk.

Littering by visitors in Garden maintained by Mother Diary situated at Bapunagar Post Office Ahmedabad, Gujarat is regularly swept but there is no proper facility to dispose off the garbage collected by sweepers on daily basis. And so the garbage collection is dumped in the garden itself which creates menace for the public. Please do the immediate needful action.
