The dealer at booth no 109 (Munirka b street) routinely abuses customers if they dont have exact cash. Today we had asked our maid to bring milk and she didn't have exact change - the old man shouted at her in front of all customers and threw her money on the ground. This kind of callous behaviour is grossly intolerable. Please take strict action against this dealer. Also he if often smoking inside the booth making the entire ambience uncomfortable for consumers.

I bought safal frozen green peas from reliance fresh, when i opened the packet the green peas are yellowish in colour and tasted very sour. Kindly refer the attached pics for more details. We have decided to put it in dustbin, this is very disappointing and felt waste of money. I request here to look into the quality of the product sold by mother diary and reliance fresh as well. Customers are cheated, customers are loosing hard earned money. Please take proper action accordingly.

Today on 09.05.2018 at 2.00 noon i went to an ice cream vendor of mother dairy at upsc and asked to give two rabri kulfi (Which was rs.25 mrp). The vendor provided me the same and asked to pay rs.60 for the two. I said it is of rs.25 each as per the mrp, he denied and said that it is for rs.30 each. For the confirmation purpose i checked that price tag of the said kulfi but i found that the price tag was damaged and it is no more readable, so that the consumer could not bother about the price. I did not buy the ice cream. The same pattern is being followed by most of the vendors. I would like to know is this a new policy being adopted by the mother dairy company to get more profit? If not, then how the vendors are expecting the company's products prices from the consumers at their own? Is company has checks to curb such malpractices, if yes then why the vendors are looting their customers? One advice at my end is that make your products specification open reg. Prices through advertisement along with consumer complaint nos. (The complaints must be resolved not to lodge only)

Yesterday i bought a packet of mother dairy curd (Dahi) from a retailer in dwarka, new delhi. The curd tasted and smelled really bad. But smell was not of stale or rotten curd, rather it was a strong medicinal smell. This is really scary. I urge everyone never to use any mother dairy prouducts. I think mother dairy is adding strong chemicals/preservatives in the products so as to ensure that the products don’t get stale in delhi’s...

This is to inform you that i am using mother dairy products from last 10 years and recently i have procured 5 packets of spiced chach from mother dairy booth in daulatabad village, sector16A Faridabad which were sour in taste - (use by 4 may).
Also to inform you that earlier also 10 packets which i purchased from other mother dairy store in sector-16 A huda market, Faridabad near Postoffice were sour in taste and not drinkable
I have been trying to call at customer care but no-one is picking up the phone inspite of repeated calls.

Kindly arrange to refund my money of all 15 packs and please maintain your quality to retain customer. Looking for a prompt reply and healthy relationship.

This is to inform you that i have procured 5 packets of spiced chach from shop number 804, noida which were sour in taste - (B 117, use by 4 may).
Also to inform you that the shop owner has refused to return the money and asked me to speak to the customer care.
I have been trying to call at customer care but no-one is picking up the phone inspite of repeated calls.
I demand an explanation and expect an action to be taken against the irresponsible behaviour of shop number 804.
Also arrange to refund my money.

Sir, the mother dairy retail shop at akankha, new town, near akankha bengal shelter, pin 700161, is selling milk in packets that are getting spoiled as soon as boiled at home. This happened quite few times with me in last 2 months. The same case was reported by quite few people known to me. It was also reported that expired products were found to be sold. It was found that initially in the morning when the milk is delivered, they are not brought in freezer. Also the shop keeper do not put them immediately in freezer, instead keep out side for hours. They also sell other cold drink beverages with our chilled to save/reduce electricity. This is a case of cheat since we public expect chilled beverages in hot summer and the inclusive price is for chilled beverages. When i tried to tell them that why the drinks are not chilled there response was derogatory. Please look into this.

The ice cream that i was going to buy was open from top. I requested another one but instead i was refused by the seller. This type of problem has happened with me second time from the same shop. They are very rude to the consumers. Please support me through. I have been given many times such ice cream cups which are open fron top. Some action must be taken against the seller.

We residents of pocket-2, sector-, dwearka, new delhi has found that many a times the quality of milk purchased from 'mother diary booth no. 163, ' adjacent to our pocket is not up to the mark and milk have smell. Whereas, same time the milk purchased from other booths are absolutely fine.

We, very much apprehend that this booth sales adulterated milk. Many o[censored]s has stopped to purchase the milk from this particular booth.

Mother diary is requested to look into the matter at the earliest please.

I have purchased two packs of paneer from booth no 105 at salt lake kolkata on[protected] but the paneer was not good. I have contacted at booth and lodged a complaint vide no. 45 dated[protected]. The paneer was tested by the quality control department and clears that the paneer was not good in taste and decided for refund/return the money/paneer. But after the lapse of more than 50 days, i have neither got the refund of money nor got the paneer.
I have contacted the booth but he is unable to refund the money or paneer as he has not get from mother dairy.
In view of above, i want to ask in how many days i will get the refund.

Hi

I am resident of sector 19, block a. There so many street dogs in my locality. I am talking about the mother dairy zone. Specially h. No. 319 dogs have set accommodation there. We r struggling because every next dog they tier the leather seating of scooty and bikes. Also, it has become a topic of conflict with my land lord.
Please help i really terrified.

I have received a mail from mother dairy team in response to a complaint against misbehaving, rudeness and aggressiveness of a mother dairy booth (NO. 115, green park) conductor, the mother dairy team asking for my mobile no, on the similar page there is no option to submit my mobile no or something else, i realize this is a format to each and every complaint made by consumers, and is it conditional, if i can't give my contact detail then the mother dairy team won't ask the concern person for not to behaving rude, and it will go on! very nice! my complaint was, Mother dairy shop no 115, located at green park main, today 5 april 2018, around 9.30 pm, i just bought 3 items from the booth, one of items kulfi, i started to eat, realizing i paid little bit more than actual price, so i asked the concern person about the price for those items, he was rude to reply me, according to his anger i can't ask the price while i already started to eat kulfi, i can only ask before that, the actual matter was i didn't claim any, i just ask the price only, his reaction was so bad, rude unfair and untruth. How he behaves like this quit often, could authority ask him?

Mother Dairy Milk shop/ Booth no. 1506 opposite sports complex narela delhi- 110040 nearabout DDA flat added water in Token Milk and selling water diluted milk in early morning hours i.e 5.00 am to 7.00 am and some times in the evening also. Due to that quality of milk has decreased and nearby residences are buying it due to no other option. so it is requested please look into the matter.

Myself sanjeev bhargav, today i have purchased kesar elaichi flavored milk from gautam nagar new delhi mother dairy outlet and after drinking this milk i have started vomiting again and again i complaint about this to shopkeeper and also give a complaint copy.

Please look in this matter because i have suffer a lot today i had to go medical treatment for this and i have also the sample of this milk pouch.

Dear sir/ma'am,

I had visited the mother dairy booth no. 15270 located at meharchand market in lodhi road new delhi for the first time today and the representative was really very rude and misbehaved with me and other customers who were there.

The attitude of the person was really very negative and gave a very bad impression about the management system of mother dairy. Hope some appropriate action would be taken in this context.

I take milk daily from mother dairy booth 922 in sector 22 huda market, gurgaon.

The owner, the older one, has misbehaved with me a lot of times and today he refused to give me milk even though i had followed the queue and ask me to shut up and not ask for milk.

Please take strict action against him and change the distributor/owner.

Yesterday i bought paneer from mother dairy booth no 354 ramesh nagar double story ramesh nagar. It's taste was not good like always and had smell also. I gave it back to booth owner. Today he is saying that i don't get any refund or fresh paneer. Please consider against my complaint. I shall be highly obliged. I am a regular customer of mother dairy.

Dear Mother Diary Team,

I purchased a Panner packet late night on 20th March 2018 (dated 8th March and shows best before 15 days from manufacture) but found that paneer had a foul odour and taste Then kept it in the refrigerator and due to some reason not able to go for return the next day. On 22nd March(Today morning) gone to mother diary store, but representative over there is so unprofessional and abusive. He suggested me to wash the panner with hot water. How can spoiled panner turn into a fresh one(Its hard to understand). After the repetitive argument he connected call to someone from mother diary guys and he suggested me the same technique and denied returning of item.

The counter guys is so unprofessional to handle the small issue. I think unprofessional staff will damage the brand image Mother diary. I want resolution on priority. Its not about the money, this small amount hardly matters but the way the behaved is to tolerable.

I already escalated this concern on toll free number of mother diary and my complaint Number is 560315

Please you look into matter n take strict action else will escalate this on other mediums as well.
