Dear sir
It is very funny that your coustomer care is not aware about the detail which was asked at 6.15 am today on 28.8.2017. May go through the recording /coversation in this regard.
1. Whether mother dairy milk is suitable for childern of age 1 year + or not
2. If suitable than which one full cream or tonned or double toned or cow milk.
3. At 8.55 am again rang up and asked customer care to put my call to seniors those looking after mother dairy. Cust. Care put me hold for 5 minutes and than asked tell me the problem actually no senior reported for duty to answer the question.
4. I hope some senior will try to answer my question because in add you claims mother dairy milk is good for health and one must know being a producer of milk.
5. I will wait for your answer and otherwise media will ask fm top level officer of mother dairy.

    My grievance is related to mother dairy booth no. 1512, azadpur village, delhi. The staff of this booth are very dry and not costumer friendly. They are not mobile savvy and therefore they never accept scan coupons and paytm and so we are not able to avail the online schemes and discount available on the mother app. The staff is slow in financial transactions and so there is long queues in front of the booth. Recently the staff has been changed and these problems are occuring since then.

      Mother dairy booth number 18850
      The official opening time is 5:30 am but the shopkeeper opens at 6:15am.
      He don't understands paytm (If you do paytm then he will make you wait for 10 minutes for getting payment conformation, ask you to tell last 4 digits o[censored]r mobile number, then he will make a conformation call through paytm, then after he will give you milk).
      He counts money thrice and waste atleast 10 min. On each customer.
      He is very rude and always misbehaves.

      In a nutshell,
      If you want to purchase milk from that mother dairy booth then it will take around 1 hour to get it.
      See you have to handle such kind of frustation on daily basis.

      Please cancel his license... Give opportunities to deserving one.

        Most of time mother's dairy milk gets spoiled soon once tried to boil it.
        Never buy mother's dairy milk again.
        I don't know why it happens, but they need to look into issue as soon as possible.
        Even my friends are facing the same issue.
        If anyone here are facing the same issues like the complaint and support, so that other citizens will newer face this issues again in future if treated nicely by company.

          I am complaining about choudhary general store, near bisweshwar chowk, sector-17, nerul, navi mumbai. For every mother dairy toned packet of half litre, which costs rs.21/-, he is charging rs.22/- when asked about this, he said company has increased the rate but new packaging is not available with company. Doing this since long and very confidently. Please look into the matter.

            I bought milk today 13th august 2017, 3 packs of mother diary cow milk from retailer yashoda diary in 4th block, old rajendra nagar, 110060. When i boiled the milk, a plastic layer formed on top of it. First i thought that it is cream but when i took it it burned like 3rd quality plastic having foul smell. I showed same to the retailer also, he also admitted that it is plastic. The response from the customer care executive was hopeless. She asked to preserve the sample for testing and when i asked for how many days i need to keep it she just disconnected. I really unsure about the quality standards maintained by big names like "mother diary". Even after sale service seems to be in ebb.

              Yesterday we got the full cream milk from mother dairy booth, paschim vihar near jwala heri market.

              We boiled the milk but milk ejaculated (Dudh fat gaya). After that we contacted the dairy again and asked him to provide the milk again. We again boiled the milk in a nicely clean container and again milk got ejaculated

              We registered the compaint with mother dairy yesterday but no one has responded back to us

              We are expecting better customer care service from mother dairy.

              Today morning I went to pal dairy near ghoghripur over bridge, near peer, Hansi road karnal haryana for milk. He was selling DTM at 20Rs for 500ml. On opposing, he became violent and threatening to leave shop immediately.

                15844 booth: location noida sector 45

                I have recently shifted from delhi to noida. I usually purchase items from booth no 15844. The person is very rude and denies to give fresh stock. My mother is a cancer patient, so i buy in bulk for storage. So ask him to give fresh stock as cannot frequently visit.. And buy due to regular visits to hospital.
                He rather says that he would finish old stock and then sell new stock. And is very rude and denied to sell... Today.

                Attendent (Dairyman) on mother dairy booth no. 19702 (G-block, dilshad colony, delhi-110095) always misbehaves. He behaviour is very rude. I am his permanent customer. When ever i ask him for milk or any product he refuses to attend until the payment is made. It appears like he did it intentionally. Even though when ever i use paytm to make payment he refuses to attend and always wants the payment to be made first. How can any one alwaysmake payment beforethe product or order getting served? Its ok if he want the payment before putting the order in the bag but its very rude when he refuses to attend the order until the payment is made first.
                Nobody wants special treatment but atleast he should behave casually.

                  Loose baby tomatoes are being sold @75/kg. Neither this item nor the price was mentioned on the price list, nor they could show the purchase made by them from safal on this date.
                  This outlet has just started.
                  One gentleman from safal was also there but was of no help.
                  Pls clarify till then good bye to safal.

                  I m from palam and there is a mother dairy booth no 135 here. The owner here is not accepted payment by Paytm.
                  Even though mother dairy itself started the pay with paytm service but he doesn't care about it and refuse to give the milk with paytm payment.

                  The mother dairy in lajpat nagar 2 is not having facility to Paytm the amount despite repeated requests to do so . The present person operating it does not keep online payment facility .. this problem never occurred before .

                    I am a deeler mukesh kumar (71543) ludhiana punjab. I have recieved milk on 6 a. M. To 6.30 a. M. Daily but when new deeler is appoint few days ago, the transporter can submit the supply as on 4.30p. M. With my supply to new deeler with th order of mr danav. But they supply to amar sweet shop as on 6.30a. M. But they did not supply the milk to me at that time after late one and half an hour. New deeler is relative of mr danav. They give the opportunity to him and i am sold the milk before five years. They can stop the supply. So pl take action agnst him and is supply is at 8 o, cock, the customers can face problems and they can get back to home without milk. Why yours officers can treat as step mother?

                    After that boil milk get polithin type products I have rub but not breaking.

                      Milk from the mother dairy token-milk machine at sector-22, dwarka, delhi-75, was not fresh and was sour. The shopkeeper refused to change it and address the issue.

                      Kindly check the machine and quality of milk immediately. The basic cleanliness of the place needs to undergo regular checks. Also, cooling needs to be regular as delhi has high temperatures daily

                      Strict action must be taken against the keeper, if it is because of his carelessness.

                        Sir i paid rs 94/- on 02 jul 17 txn id [protected] and rs 94/- on 14 jul 17 txn id [protected] thru paytm at mother dairy milk booth 520. The amount has been deducted from my paytm acct but message not received by mother dairy milk booth 520. The booth owner is not agree that the amount will be credited to his acct. I am forced to deposit cash in lieu till the message received by the booth owner.
                        Please confirm to mother dairy milk booth 520 owner about this txn under intimation to me so that i can get back the cash deposited inlieu.

                          This is a complaint against milk mother dairy booth no 015. 1st time he misbehave when i asked him to tell how much i have to pay money against an ice cream. 2nd time he misbehave today when i have purchased milk. I gave him rs 500, he said he is not having change where he was giving change to another customer for same amount.
                          When i asked him to what about me in return he said very rudely that you can see i have not having change.
                          My que is if he is not having change how he can give it to another customer who has come after me and how he had talked to rubbishy with a lady customer?

                            I Satyanarayan Gupta owner of a shop in Satbari, named “DEEPAK DAIRY”. I am running this shop for last 20 years

                            I had Purchased one Deep Freezer on 27.04.2017 under the Scheme “APNA CHEST COOLER LAGAO, SALE BADAO INAAM PAAO” in which the scheme was, Get Rs. 1, 000/- Poly Pack Milk per month up to six months free of cost. BUT I haven’t receive any Scheme yet. I had made complaint for the same to my area representative Mr. Tarun Bhardwaj so many times, but he said that company has not release any scheme yet.

                            I am requesting you to please take this issue on priority and do the needful for the Scheme of my deep freezer.

                              I Satyanarayan Gupta owner of a shop in Satbari, named “DEEPAK DAIRY”. I am running this shop for last 20 years and sell approximately 100 Crates per day
                              My deep freezer is not working since last six months, I had made complaint for the same, and engineer said that its repairing was not possible. He said that I need to contact my area representative for the replacement. I contacted area representative Mr. Tarun Bhardwaj so many times, but no solution received.

                              Sell of milk at my shop is continuously going down now, as it is not possible to keep this amount of milk fresh for 24 hours in this season. Customers had complained so many times for milk. Some regular customer has left my shop as they do not get fresh milk.

                              I am requesting you to please take this issue on priority and do the needful for the replacement of my deep freezer.

                                My store is in east delhi with the name of jha general store add: a-293 near shiv mandir, new ashok nagar, new delhi - 110096.

                                The distributor who come to our area for milk and chanch usually charge higher eg. He charged rs. 9.5 for the masala chanch and when i asked him why is he charging this amount he answered this is what i charged from everyone you have to purchase at the same cost or you can leave month dairy products it up to you.
                                Please have a look into matter and do the needful.

                                We buy Mother Dairy Double Toned Milk from retailers at Badlapur, Maharashtra and almost all retailers charge Rs. 20 for the half litre pack, whereas the MRP is Rs. 19.00.
                                One retailer even charges Rs. 21.00 for double toned milk.
                                The retailers clearly say "take it or leave it"
                                Pl. take corrective action at the earliest.

                                    1.Actual allottee is never available in the booth. Neither his contact information is displayed and not available. One teen aged boy acts as mother dairy booth no 879 owner and his behaviour is very shabby and bad.He talks and deals with customers in very uncivilized and unmannered way in fact badtamizi se.
                                    2 His teen aged friends and other vulgar elements can be seen at booth and that prevents & restricts the free movement.
                                    3. Battery backup is not available so in event of power failure, token milk is not available.
                                    4.very reluctant to agree to quantify check if customer has any doubt.
                                    5 sells maximum milk to commercial & tea vendors probably by taking some commission. Residents are not finding milk supply enough. Most of the milk is already sold to commercial vendors, shopkeepers who come with large tanks everyday.
                                    6.Foof items open dustbins are kept just near the milk vending place.houseflies and other insects are brewing openly and contaminate the milk vessels of booth and customers at the time of milk vending. Probably some big incident of food poisoning is waiting to happen.
                                    And that young boy on mother dairy booth is not caring about these things and replies to customers residents very badly.
                                    Please take necessary action and ask the actual owner n allottee to be present at Booth.

                                      I bought a fruitolic from a mother dairy vendor and there a nice strand of hair in it. The fruitolic affair turned into a hairolic experience.
                                      For a while, me and my husband kept wondering if either one o[censored]s was shedding, but to our surprise it was nicely embedded in the bar.
                                      It was utmost disappointment to see it as the brand was not a sadak chap lolly bought.
                                      Expected better from you guys with better hygiene and quality standards.
                                      I don't have much more to say ... but it was a feeling of sheer low down.
