[Resolved]  Mother Dairy — diet milk become paste after heating

Dear sir/madam,
I am praveen shetty. From badarpur boarder, new delhi
I brought the mother dairy's diet milk & after 1 min of heating its become paste. Separate layer of water & and paste created.
I want to know, how it become paste. If mick corrupt, it is not coming like this.
I hope, its not made by milk, some fraud activity done on this.
Check attached pictures and give clearance for this.
