Sir, I am a resident of dda flats (Lig), east of loni road, delhi - 110093. And a customer to the safal (Of our area) no. 785 It's very shocking to see that the retailer managing safal in our area is charging unexpectedly high prices for the fruits and vegetables. And has been succesful in doing so since a long time. I have been searching about the pricing mechanism of safal. The prices are no where close to those mentioned in your ads and related info. And also tried to contact through customer care only to recieve no response. The prices are altered throughout the day clearly indicating the self control on prices which has exceeded the acceptable level. People complaint to each other but are unable to express to the retailer in absence of any proof. Your enquiry can serve the purpose. Kindly take action as soon as possible.
