[Resolved] Mother Dairy — misleading by mother dairy and state bank of india | |||
I saw a poster at mother dairy booth no 576 of rohini sector 16 that use sbi card and get rs. 50 after 20 days. I asked the vendor and taken card no.[protected] on[protected]. I purchased milk through this card till[protected] and asked for deduction of rs. 10/= and not crediting rs. 50 (Incentive amount). He denied for both and told company is not sending amount. Then i cancell the card for the following reason on 22-12-17 1. Rs. 10 deducted every month by sbi without any information On poster hanged at booth no 576. (Deducted for two months) 2. Inspite of repeated enquiries from booth vendor, there was no credit till 22.12.17 of incentive of rs. 50/= This practice is totally cheating with customers. Kindly look into the matter and reverse rs. 10+10 (Monthly deduction)+50 incentive amt= total rs.70/= and instruct vendor of booth no 576 to return the same. S. K.
