I have been regularly purchasing milk from Mother Dairy Booth No. 579, U&V Market, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi 110088 against payment through PayTm from my mobile No. [protected].

Today also at 8:55:11 AM, I paid a sum of Rs 42 to this Mother Dairy Booth through PayTm [Order No.[protected], Transaction ID [protected]] but the booth person refused to deliver milk to me saying that the Mother Dairy has changed the person here; online payments are not accepted now and I will have to pay for milk in cash.

There was no notice by the booth cautioning customers against payment though online wallets. Even when I took out my mobile and started the payment process, the booth person did not stop me. It is clear that the booth person deliberately ensured that I first make payment through PayTm and then again forced to pay the same amount in cash. This is dishonesty and cheating of highest order.

Please arrange either refund of Rs 42 wrongly received by Mother Dairy Booth No. 579 today from me or supply milk of equivalent value.
