Mothercare — Product refund

I return one product because I received wrong product I ordered baby high chair and I received blocks game.on 1 or 2 dec because wrong product is delivered and up till now my money is not refunded and they said they completed refund process is completed on 6th dec but I m not received my money it’s 2000rs
