Today I went to Moti Mahal delux @ Mussoorie @9:45 for mutton biryani.
The person sitting at the service counter was just unprofessional, ill mannered and uneducated. Also was drunk heavily .
While ordering i asked for" whether will you provide any discount ?".
He rowdly said, agar discount chahiye to go to some dhabha ...you know where you are standing ?"
I was just shocked. Myself, being working in well known corporate culture ...I was just astonished the way he just spoke to me.
I would appeal these company should be realised that they are not ruling monopolistic characteristic.
The person sitting at the counter should be thrown away or harsh punishment should be there so that he can not behave in same way as he has to me.
After all Moti Mahal is a brand but such type cheap staff or partner i just don't know the equation.
THE MAN SITTING AT COUNTER OF RESTUARANT @ 9:40 PM DATE - 09/09/2022 WAS TOTALY DRUNK.
RESTUARANT SHOULD EXCEL THE PERSON. AS IT MAY CAUSE TO FAMILY PERSON AND SIBLINGS.
But this situation should be dealt seriously.
