[Resolved]  Moti Mahal Delux — addmarc dining cards

Dear All,

Even the same happened with us at Moti Mahal Delux restaurant, MGF Mall, Gurgaon yesterday 15th Nov.09

I have purchased the Moti Mahal Addmarc Preferred Dining Card for Rs. 750/- last year in November 2008, with validity for 12 months from above-mentioned date. In lieu, I was given some free / discount food vouchers which can be used to get free / discounted food items from certain Moti Mahal restaurants in and around Delhi-NCR.

during our visit yesterday to Moti Mahal, we were told that these Moti Mahal Addmarc Preferred Dining Card is no longer acceptable to them as their contract with the marketing company addmarc has finished off and they are not responsible or accountable for these vouchers.

They should refund my money back. I want my money back if these cards are not acceptable within there validity. Please help.

They are just fooling around with the innocent public and collecting money from them on the brand name of moti mahal. Nobody is going to give any money to an unknown co. addmarc, only when they are giving offers on moti mahal, people give money to buy these vouchers. It is very embarassing for us. I think even moti mahal is wholly responsible for all this as they are allowing addmarc to collect money from public in the name of moti mahal.

Every person does not have so much time to go and raise issues and complaints against these people, but i feel they the concerned authorities and consumer court should take due action on them so that even other people get cautious before doing such fraudulent actitivies in future and they should get a good penalty or fine for this. Readers and concerned authorities please not and we request you to take some immediate action on them.

I faced the similar problem when i reached Moti Mahal in DT City Centre Gurgaon on 15th Nov. I bought these coupons for 750 INR in Feb 2009 and Now the Manager at Moti Mahal told us that these coupons will not be accepted. He told us that FIR has been louched against ADDMARC but he don't have any details of that FIR. Please help and if required unite to teach these frauds some lesson so that this tye of frauds wil not reoccur.

Please provide me details where i can complaint about these frauds.

Please tell us where we can complaint against moti mahal and their frauds, Can i take any legal action against the Moti Mahal bcoz in my view moti mahal is responsible for all this fraud.
Kindly advice asap.

sir i[censored] have purchased the card from addmarc then it is clearly mentioned on the package that the offer contained in this booklet are from moti mahal deluxe (mmd ) noida, and not from addmmarc. addmarc specificallyy denies and disclaims any and all liability for any and all damages, loses or expenses which may arise in the consequenses of MOTI MAHAL DELUXE NOIDA,
SO I THINK THAT MOTI MAHAL NOIDA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AND NOT ADDMARC ADVERTISING

I am in the same boat as all others who have purchased these Admarc promoted coupons, I am lighter by 1000 bucks and huge load of trust on such campaigns. All the numbers given by Addmarc and Moti Mahal are not responding !!! I condemn addmarc, as well as moti mahal for duping customers like this. Both these jokers...Addmarc and Moti Mahal brigade must take a stand and resolve the issue, because nobody is amused here !!!

I am not very delighted with this site either, because no resolution is visible, is anybody listening?

The same happened with me as well. I purchased it with my brother in law.All the coupons are now useless, and I had real mental trauma with all the bad experience at Moti Mahal Deluxe at Shipra mall. We want full refund with compensation. This restaurant must be closed from all reputed malls at least.

I am facing the same problem, I have purchased the Addmarc Preferred Dining Card For Rs.1000/- on 20/06/2009 with the validity of 12 month, I have not used any voucher. During my one visit at Moti Mahal Rajouri Garden they refused to accept the vouchers.
They should refund my money back. I want my money back if these cards are not acceptable within there validity. Please help where i can complaint of the fraud against Addmarc and Moti Mahal.

My question is: How can a restaurant refused their card if they are having some dispute with there marketing agent? This is not a free card. I have purchased this card due to the reputation of the restaurant and for money. They should refund my money back. I want my money back if these cards are not acceptable within there validity.

I received the similar treatment from Moti Mahal's V3S mall branch. Is it so easy to make fool of customers after all we have give Rs 1000 for getting these coupons & How can only marketing company can be responsible as far as my knowledge goes in this case both Moti mahal's Mgt & marketing company have jointly commited the fraud & now they are just playing blame game.

Dear All

Well all these cases were reported only for 3 month span of time i.e oct-09- Dec-09.

Now all the problem is sorted out. Also a extension of 3 months is provided for all the suffered customers during this time.

So happy dining..

but right now at same motimahel place open a new Restaurant till.. cad validity will be continue..

Now the TGIP moti mahal waiters have become very rude. We went there with one friends family on 21 May 2011 fordinner.The waiters did not even had courtsey to say excuse and bring food, water etc. to the table.They were pushing us toreach to the table. Once water spilled onmy hand but ths guy did not even react to and just walked away. I feelsorry for the old good chain of restaurant. I have decided never to go to Moti Mahal deluxe restaurant anywhere and notallow friends and relatives to go there. It was extremely bad experience.
