Hi, I went moti mahal counter today at Pacific mall, anand vihar, delhi. I ordered tea and pakoras. The tea was so cold. I went for the complain so manager shout on us and behave very rudly. I wasted my 600ru. Need to change in behavior and please respect customer and value their money😡...

Today I went to Moti Mahal delux @ Mussoorie @9:45 for mutton biryani.
The person sitting at the service counter was just unprofessional, ill mannered and uneducated. Also was drunk heavily .

While ordering i asked for" whether will you provide any discount ?".
He rowdly said, agar discount chahiye to go to some dhabha ...you know where you are standing ?"
I was just shocked. Myself, being working in well...

Iam complaining again as i got no response. Food from this hotel was not upto the mark. It was too salty and stale.

When u dine its good . But when you order online its very bad. Managers are not helpful there...

I ordered food from mmd and it was not upto the mark. Stale and salty. I called manager Nand kishore and he was rude and not helpful at all....

As per the restaurant water law, they are not serving free drinking water they only vedica bisleri water bottle of expensive cost The Moti Mahal deluxe Esplanade mall sector 37 gurgaon...

This is complaint against Moti Mahal Delux, Gaur city Mall Greater Noida West.
We ordered Mutton rogan Josh and butter chicken masala on 27th Nov2021.
The dishes were not properly cooked, masala was also not cooked properly..nonveg seemed to be very old and stinky.Overall it was not fresh preparation and very disappointed on the name of Moti Mahal Deluxe.

I ordered veg biryani at moti mahal deluxe located inside grand venice mall, greater noida which had chicken parts in it.
Though my partner was a purely non vegetarian, it was really a bad inpression with a well. Known brand.

Moti mahal in ambit it park, ambattur

- no tin available in on the bill shared
- pepsi bottle mrp price: 30 but charging 40.

- as per restaurant they have not got tin number yet even after registration for it.

- when asked why they are charging high than the mrp; that is maintenance charge of ambit it park.

Yesterday went for dinner in moti mahal delux, which is located at good earth city center sector 48-gurgao. We are vegetarian so we preferred vegetarian food. We ordered food. Food was good and it was excess for us to eat whole so i asked him to pack daal makhni. I kept it in refrigerator at home so that i can use in morning as breakfast.

I just opened it and i found a bone... I shocked i am vegetarian and this food is mixed...

Moti mahal delux, located in sector 104 noida in ashirwad shopping complex. They delivered burnt mutton rogan josh. The pieces were burnt and black in colour. The gravy was burnt too. The restaurant didn't care much about it even after complaining and telling them about it. They were least bothered and they have asked to me wait till 7pm for the refund. Now this is unexpected from a restaurant....

I am writing this complaint because MOTI MAHAL DELUXE doesn't keep the neighbor hygiene maintained. Always their sewer gets leaked, if i complain to the manager they don't even respond to us. Its been a month i am complaining him but he is not taking care of it....
