Motilal Oswal Securities Limited — trade shares in my account without my instruction

I being account with motilal oswal securities ltd. Mr sagar chotaliya is bussiness partner was doing trade in my account without my instruction. i warned him many times.and he had traded in my account and he lost around 1 lac . I warned many times .He told me that I will recover your loss just arrange the money. you bring the money either take personal loan or gold loan or break your FD. i arranged money by personal loan 5lac. from bajaj finance and 1lac unsecured loan. I given him to recover my loss. I trust on his words.he bought 2000 shares of DHFL @ 678 and informed me that I am taking DHFL at BTST call and i will sold it at next day morning and exit from it. next day he didn't sold and he had not maintaining any stop loss. even RMS sold all quantity @611.and next morning he again brought DHFL 2000 qty @614. Again I told him that if RMS has sold it out and booked loss they why you brought it back he told me that it will go above 700. I told him don’t do it . but he bought and he [protected]@ 350 of the quantity of 2000 share in intraday trading. and i lost 5, 18000 in a day.and he sold all my portfolio 21sept2018.. From 19aug2018 to21sept2018 he loss Rs. 605777.and he still demanding Rs.13500.
