[Resolved] Honda — Irresponsible service | |||
Dear Sir, My father Ashok Trehan was using Bajaj bikes from last 10 years and he was satisfied with Bajaj company.right now i force my father to purchase Honda Twister bike but we are not satisfied from the service given by your dealer.yesterday, i visit your dealer showroom due to some problem in my bike.first of all when i visit in morning, they say me to come at 1 pm, after that they say me to come at 2pm.when i visit there at 2 pm then they say me to come at 4 pm.Sir, you know i am a student and i have not much time to waste there.I have worst experience from this showroom.daily 1 or 2 customer came there and complaining about there worst service. My father was thinking to purchase one more bike from Honda because your bike is okay but now He say me never visit there to purchase any new bike due to your worst service.please take some reasonable action.
