I bought a mobile moto e3 power xt1706 black 16gb on last year december. I have a warranty on mobile for complaints. My handset did not turn on since last week. It was done during use. It did not repaired by water. I was claiming warranty in this problem. But my service center did not accept my warranty. They said my mobile damaged by liquid. The proof they showed is the charger port pin in sub board. The charger port pin was little corrode by moisture in the air. Could any metal being always polished?. The answer the told was their company had given this procedure. The main board damaged in my mobile. But the reason to not gave warranty is the metal charger pin colour changed. And they did not give proper information. First they said it costs around 1550rs and they said its around 4000rs and now they said its around 6500rs. I want to know the reason why i can't get my warranty on mobile??.
