Motorola — BAD BEHAVIOUR OF SERVICE CENTRE

I updated my phone software(moto g 2gen) to lollipop, afterwards my phone started hanging, touch response was not good, earphone slot was giving problem and speakers was not working properly... When I go to service centre for repair they don't behave with me properly...do something for this..i m having this problem from 2 months...

Updated by Ayush Shah I (Ayush Shah) contacted Motorola people four to five times... Still they are doing nothing... Now i want my handset replace by another model... Now i cant tolerate any more...
