[Resolved]  Motorola — Cell phone service

I am having motorola phone model moto x play as it is dual sim phone and in my phone second sim was not working i reached one of the servicbme centre and submit it for repair under waranty they commited for 3-4 days now one month almost over i havent received my cell they are saying company is not supplying part for it
i complaint in motrola customer support also but no response till now
