Motorola — Change Mobile Phone or Refund Money Back

I purchased Motorola Moto G 2 gen on 16/12/2014 through flipkart.com when i got mobile from flipkart i found that phone battery is draining so fast i make a request of return or change handset but flipkart refused it. After 2-3 months handset sim card slot not working and battery drains more fast i went to service center the repair sim card slot but battery problem is remains...Due to lack of time i cant go gain and again service center for this issue but after a month on charging phone battery continue goes draining then i went to service center they said we wil repair it and next day the give it to me when i got it back it have same problem...and now it have a new more problem that is hotspot signal strenght problem and battery backupp is now only 2-3 hours on full charging without calling and all other use..
