Motorola — Charged Rs 100/- without informing Customer

I got to the service center to repair my "Mobile Phone's Speaker" that I was having a problem in it. It Was Within Warranty Period and then they charged me Rs 100/- for diagnostic charges without informing me about the issue, and even don't gave me any receipt for the issue. Also Wasted More than two hours of my time. Also Behaved very Bad and Rudely.
