I have given mobile on 12/10/2017. They told me to collect my phone on 7th day. But when i went on 18th, they told to come after 2 days. Now when i made a call, they told it's not ready, it will take time. Same mobile given on july was taken more than one month for service.
I gave one more mobile on 18th oct, token no. 28. Now they are asking me imei no.

Updated by Rohinip They can't find my mobile details, as they had not given me any receipt. They told me to collect my mobile at 4pm . If it is not ready then take the receipt.
Now when I asked about my mobile, they behave as if they don't know about the mobile.
I am really very much upset . I don't know what to tell, such a bad service they have. Not a single customer is satisfied. I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.
I will be highly obliged if my problem is solved
