Motorola — Complaint against fraud from Motorola | |||
Hi Team, Motorola E misguiding customers and changing complaints reason not giving replacement of faulty product which is under warranty. On my first visit to the service center they told me motherboard got burnt, when i visited them again they said motherboard is in bent state. I submitted first complaint on 3 Dec 2014 at Netaji subhash place pitampura service center.They said that PCB is burnt and PCB subject to verification. When i visited them again they said motherboard is in bent state and there was no sign of burnt damage on PCB or any other part. Please see the attached images for reference. PFA images of last 2 receipt of my complaint as proof with me. Also previously my phone was switching on and entering into the recovery mode pretty fine but now it is not switching on now. 1. Could you please tell me, How could phone got bend when no one opened it apart from motorola service center guy. ( I don't believe it is in bend state) 2. Also there are some hit marks on the motherboard. Please help as i have no phone to use now. I am a poor guy who have purchased it by my hard earned money.
