Motorola — Delay in mobile servicing at customer care center, bhubaneswar

Sir, i am to inform you that i had purchased a moto-g-2 on 8th october 2014 . But unfortunately my mobile automatically switched off and generated excess heat on 17th september 2015. Immediately i rushed to the c care center and handed over the mobile with job no 5052 dated 18/09/2015.The mobile covers it warranty period. After 15 days i have not yet received my mobile .
