[Resolved] Motorola — Faulty mobile set | |
I had purchased moto x play last year may, 2016. From beginning i was facing problems of over heating and battery drain but still was managing with the set. However, this mobile set could not work properly even for an year. Apart from all basic problems that i had there is a major issue now - voice from this mobile set cannot be heard at the other end. This has made the set completely unusable. I had contacted motorola authorised service centre and they told me that it was a problem of some hardware in the set and since mobile is still in warranty period therefore they'll get that replaced. But i am really dissatisfied with the kind of handsets motorola is providing. After spending 16-17k user would atleast expect the mobile set to last for an year. On top of it a hardware replacement is supposed to take 8-10 working days and users are not even provided a backup set. Not sure what a user is supposed to do in such situation if he is only dependant on motorola services. Really sorry to say, but this is very dissapointing and i will make sure that i do not purchase a motorola handset after this and nor will let any of my relatives and friends ever go for this brand Was this information helpful? | |
