Motorola — Google Nexus 6 screen unrepaired due to non availability of stock with Motorola | |||
There is a physical damage to mobile screen because of our mistake. I submitted the mobile in DADAR for the 1st time in 1st week of July and I got no response and was handed over my phone is damaged condition only on 3rd August. I then called back my mobile. I again submitted my mobile on 20th August in Ahmedabad and still I am without my phone. I have complain to be filed with MOTOROLA INDIA. Its like 3 months and the phone is un-repaired. Its the latest model introduced in Dec. 2014 and MOTOROLA couldn't solve my problem because the screen was not available in INDIA. They don't have stock and they din't have courtesy to give me a replaced mobile. I have chased MOTOROLA Back Office - Hydrabad almost every 4-5 days and I was just given a answer that your case has been escalated and we are sorry for the inconvenience. The whole process is handled from Hydrabad The person who is incharge of my case, whenever i called MOTOROLA they said he is not in office and we will ask him to give you a call. I was never ever called back. I am highly disappointed and want to registered a Complain against MOTOROLA. If they launch so expensive phones they should definitely keep parts of the cell and if they can't manage it in time they should either give a replacement to the customer. This is not how Customer should be treated. HIghly highly disappointed with Motoralas service. Was this information helpful? | |||
