I am Ekhlesh kumar.
I have purchased Moto E3 Power On 25 October with Order ID: OD[protected] it was working fine till 1st of march & it stopped charging.
I took it to Motorola service center Janak puri (Khurana Brothers, Ug-7D, Jaina Tower-1, Near Satyam District Center, Phone number:[protected] on 3rd march.
They informed me that there is issue with the sub board with this particular handset & they kept it with them & returned it to me on 28th of march saying that issue is fixed ( subboard was replaced) .
when i checked it at home found that issue was not resolved and it was still the same, not charging i went to service center 29th of march & informed the same they again kept the heandset with them infoming that this is second case for this particular handset.
They called me on 11th of April saying issue is fixed but when i checked it it was still not charging & this time network was not getting detected on mobile phone.
Again i went to service center they asked me to wait & after 30 minutes they said that they will check the issue & will call once they fix it .Finally they called me on 19th of april saying issue is fixed this time i checked the handset at service center & again network was not getting detected on phone.
They asked me to wait & they will check it & again they kept handset with them .
Now my handset is with service center from 3rd of march till date where in they were not able to fix the issue .
Please suggest on what next needs to be done. Out of 7 months, my phone has been with service center for almost 2 months.
