Motorola — Harassment in repair and delivery of the Moto E hand set | |||
I want to complaint against Motorola service center situated in Ludhiana near to bhai wala chowk, Surya Arcade building. I approached them as I found excessive battery drainage and heat up problem in my Moto E 2nd gen. handset. I deposited my handset with Work Order No: "WO LZT/MG/15/01104". After the 3-4 days I got an SMS stating: "For WO LZT/MG/15/01104 repair is completed. You are requested to collect the device from the service center during the working hours." from the No: DZ-066000. As it was clear from this message that my device is ready now so i asked my father to pick up the handset. He went to the service center only for this purpose after travelling a distance of 50Km approx. But the guys at the service center told him that the handset is not ready yet. He came back to the home with nothing in the hand. After that I again tried to contact them but most of the times they guys do not attend the phone call. Luckily yesterday I was able to talk to them but they again said that my device is still not ready. This is the height of harassment which i am facing.
